I just read Vaya in iso in that game (all one post of it), so I didn't notice -- were people talking about Vaya lurking before that post? Because that could account for the difference here, and if we had let it run its course, we might've gotten a post like that.

As much as it pains me to admit it, I think DGB is right about Vaya. (ugh.)

A few isolated players had commented that he was lurking, but that's all. It wasn't a major discussion topic. No one talked about the post afterwards, either, except for zwet and plum, who said they would've hammered if Vaya hadn't. It looks like he got a pass because it was a popular wagon. I haven't read the thread apart from the few pages around his post, but I think they really overlooked said post.

Its kinda off topic, but about that other game, you're simply wrong about my post Iec. A player was basically caught lying, so my post and hammer were completely reasonable, which is why no one had a problem with it. Its easy to look at a post when you already know it was written by scum and say "look how scummy it is!"

But anyway, I had a post almost completely typed up where I gave my thoughts on all the players, but I lost it, so I'm just going to post the scumlist from it without any explanation right now. I'll get around to at least explaining my scum reads later though.

cateraction is lurking bad. If Vaya is town, then cateraction is scum, who knows Vaya is town, and declaring her to be town to earn free town cred.

However, his comment occurs in a huge credibility void. There is no evidence that he is following the thread in any way. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that cateraction is a zwet alt.

I find your suggestion that cat may be zwet persuasive. He has a similar avatar at present, and his posting style is also similar. When I saw CKD's post, I read it as, "now that [lynching zwet] is something i can get behind." I find wanting to lynch zwet in the absence of zwet-relevant evidence that he may be scum on D1 to be highly suspicious.

I encourage you to double check, but I looked at cateraction's site posting history, and if I'm not mistaken, he has played a game

Well, he also hasn't responded yet. For all I know, you were just reminding him that cat existed and was kinda suspicious and he was feeling guilty for not voting someone, so he did. I was asking him the question because the answer would affect how I interpreted his statement.
