My name and paraphrased flavor:

I am The Younger. I was born with the ability to speak telepathically with my twin brother The Elder. I've spent my early years trying to gain the love and affection of my parents, but I was never able to quite live up to my do-good brother, so I split off from my family and turned to a life of petty crime. My latest endeavor had left me in a holding cell, ready to be sent off to a work camp, but then suddenly, all the prison guards rush out of the jail and I took the opportunity to escape. Even being a common criminal, I was still saddened to hear that this happened because The Giver was found dead. After this, I hear The Elder's voice. Working with him, we may be able to get through this together, though I don't know for sure where his allegiance lies.

Not all criminals are out to take over Surico or whatever The Converters are up to. I have nothing against the city or The Council or anyone. I'm still a resident of this city.

Really, I know my flavor is ambiguous about my allegiance. But Benmage, you were described as a dreadful person, out to rule Surico one day, and really didn't care about The Giver's death. If you have flavor that makes you seem like a questionable person, what makes you think I can't be town with somewhat questionable flavor?

About our names, Plum would know what I'm The Younger and she's The Elder as well. Unless you really think this is some elaborate fakeclaim by us, and we're both scum together, our names are real.

Yeah I'm a jerk, but I'm also a politician and on the council.....not a criminal who was locked up. You could easily have animosity to the council (Cult? Converter...idno) or left out some flavor....A conspiracy between you and Plum...unlikely but possible.

Yes, sometimes flavor is just flavor, so you can drop the flavor speculation-based attacks. You have no reason to think I'm a criminal out to get the Council, other than the simple fact that it could be possible. I was born with my telepathic abilities. The guards left because of The Giver's death, probably because there was a lot of confusion at that moment that needed to be cleared up or something to that effect.

This is really just the mod telling me that Plum is not mod-confirmed town, though I do believe she is. I fail to see the problem here.

Im The Baker. I was the Givers personal cook and have the ability to make cupcakes so good, that they can actually heal wounds. I think wounds is important. Its also why I was so talkative about doctors. Also its why I was talking about the white powder and the wierd motivatior (powder = flour/sugar, extra ingredients = double action)

N1 I targeted VPB
N2 I targeted VPB (so I obviously dont protect against "death", mod confirmed nothing was missed with night actions)
N3 I targeted Plum, which seems like a stupid move now.

What I thought was that scum=strangle, SK=slit, SC=dead given the opening game scene. When I couldnt protect against 'dead', I figured that I could only protect against 'slit'. Given that slit=SK, SK wouldnt want to kill the cop, SK would want to kill someone else who looked town, so I went with Plum.

I'm the Elder, one of a pair of Twins. I share the ability to speak telepathically with my brother, the Younger (Vaya). He's resented me since we were born. Unlike him (he's a low-level delinquent type, and I'm sad about the choices he's made and we haven't spoken in a good while) I've worked hard to become part of the city brigade which guards the Giver. This morning, flavor says,

I was given an unsigned note

which told me about the whole deal with my brother being in a holding cell about to be shipped off to a work camp. I consulted with my guard-partner and decided to go for a very few minutes to see my brother. While going to the Inner City, the alarm was raised and the gates sealed - my guard-partner and the Giver are dead (it seems implied that I'm the other of the "trusted Guards" mentioned in the opening flavor). Now I need to do my duty to the Council and the City - and maybe try to turn my brother around. But I wonder who gave me the note (so I don't know who it was, obv) and reminded that I don't know my brother's true allegiance.

So: That's the big reason why both Vaya and backed SB as likely Town Day 1 - her story about being Millerized by passing along a note made sense, and even more sense when KK flipped "The Scribe". She gave me the note, almost certainly, and it was probably given to her by the guy whose power seems to have been to send notes. Hah.

Everything Vaya has said in this thread lines up with the claim he made in our QT when we did that very early in our conversations. I'd bet he's Town, though it's possible he's not.
