In the two posts that Doombunny quoted. The first. Does it say joking is scummy? No. What I called scummy was his style and "dumb or scum" questions. Anyways, there's no use arguing it.

Like I said previously, I do not oppose being lynched so long as it puts Doom 10 feet under.

And why does lynching you = automatically lynching Doombunny on the next game day?

The opinion of lynched players, even if they are confirmed as town, is not the final say on who should be lynched.
My posts are best read in the calm, reassuring voice of Morgan Freeman. I don't sound anything like him, but they sound best that way.

You said part of the reason you are voting me is because I joked. You vote someone because they are
scummy
.

And Neto has a point here. Unless you happen to know something (like from a cop investigation or something) that the rest of town doesn't or you are god. You don't have the final say on who gets lynched. And I do beleive from your claim that you are neither.

preventing responses like this is why clarity is so important.

Communicating poorly, and then acting like its the other person's fault when you're misunderstood (or lying about being misunderstood), does not make for good discussion.
The onus is on the writer to make their meaning clear to the reader. The reader should not be required to decipher the writer's meaning.

Otherwise I could type out this:

afateredagleaberdennnedteredbadedlejtedlyvgatelgefd
and therefore you're scum

And then I just say that people don't understand when they ask me to clarify or explain, or accuse the above of not having any meaning at all.

After all, its just your poor inference of my words that makes these misunderstandings arise, not my lack of ability to convey them coherently, right?
So you believe my claim yet push my lynch? Contradictory.
Way to strawman. How about you respond to the points being brought against you, rather than attempting to change the subject, because the doing the later is making you seem desperate and cornered.

I am not caught up in the least bit. These past few days have been a blur between last minute people flying in, dress rehearsal, blah. I will try and get some substance out today, but more than likely it will be Monday.
How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder,
without ever recognizing the truth that perhaps it was they who were simpler and better,
and not the world about them?

EBWOP: After ereading my last post it seems as if I was serious when Isaid you purposfully twisted my words. This is not true. What I was really meaning by that was that it was an example of how Chaco could twist something I said so much. Sorry if I meant it sound like that :P (hey look, I used another emoticon! More "detrimental" stuff for Chaco to lynch me for!)

SSK, this is more reasons to be voting you. Why exactly is asking for a prod scummy? I don't know crap about what you're doing or what you're thinking.

Ummm.........Chaco seems pretty town to me, I don't know where you guys are getting this stuff. He's more motivated to see Neto to die than to save himself, and it doesn't come across as the usual "you will all regret it if you lynch me!" verbosity that scum would blurt out. I am not happy with him getting lynched.

Meeh, yet
someone
still has their vote on Neto and I don't beleive we know why. And after being gone for a while and hasn't posted anything good since Oct 29 (although that barely said anything worthy at all) he comes up with this.

DB: Are you referring to FL or to ABR? FL has been really good this game...ABR..well, I'm used to it. We have a bit of a history, and I'm sure he'd love nothing more than to lynch me at any opportunity he gets. That being said, I don't want to start into yet another fight in thread, so let's just drop it and let him have his vote on me.

One or two liners are fine. It'd be nice if more people were posting them though.

Ok, in all seriousness...Does anyone have any reason why we shouldn't vote Chaco today? I think we're all pretty much in consensus, but nobody wants to go out on a limb and call for the rope.

Well, I'm going to do it.

I say that we all vote for Chaco and get this bloody day over with.
