why do you need to worry about appearing scummy? If you're town this shouldn't really be an issue.

Generic News Network- B.I.R.D. Complex Audio Feed Tapped

Earlier today, officials were able to bypass a portion of the security bug and were able to tap into the audio, but not the video surveillance that overlooks the B.I.R.D. Complex. The President is looking for anybody who has an overall good sense of personnel in the Complex to come into his office and help him discern the voices of those in the Complex; should contact be successfully established with the Complex, the names of the actual employees and their descriptions will be fed to them.

Officials are still working to override the door lockdown and video cutoff. The estimated time for this to be successfully completed could take about two weeks, according to the leaders of this software hacking project. Assistant Overseer of the Complex, Harold Johnson, states that "due to the short supply of food in the Complex itself," this would be an insufficent timeframe without jeopardizing the physical health of all inside. While officials will continue in this effort to break through, doubt is running high as to whether or not officials can break into the Complex before the infiltrators succeed.

I can't see much backtracking from Taranski but I do see a general disinterest in who is lynched and no will to scumhunt. So yeah, improve your game or expect me to join your wagon.

Well, yes I am clearly at L-1 but we are barely passed the random stage. Why ask for a claim now. L-1 != autoclaim IMO, an early claim can only hurt to town now unless you clearly intend to lynch me.

pretty much, yeah. L-1 claims are usually pretty standard. Just following procedure that's all.

If I claim now, I either force the town to lynch me or go into night with a revealed role. The purpose of a claim is a last chance to stop a lynch. Unless I am most certainly going to be lynched, no claim for you.

But yeah, I also dislike your response that you were just following procedure. You should know better than to role-fish like that for little reason.

I can guarantee you're not a PR by this point, so we no longer have to worry about accidentally lynching our cop or doc or anyone we have thats good.

What do you gain out of an early claim? If I was a PR, I can claim later if necessary, maybe I won't be lynched and I won't need to.

you are obv not a PR. If you were a PR. you would be extremely worried about the possibility of your lynch, and let the town know by now. I gave you a chance, and you refused, so you obv are VT or scum.

Since when do ppl NOT claim at L-1? People asking others to claim at L-1 is completely normal and never scummy.

Another reason I know you are not a PR is because AT would have taken the time to rub it in my face and say I can't lynch him.

Right now, its page 5, 5 days into a game. Claiming is illogical at this point unless I am clearly going to be lynched, I may be on L-1 but it is a small game and no-one looks like they are about to hammer at the moment. If I feel that I am going to be lynched, I will claim.

Asking for a claim isn't great at this point but not necessarily scummy. Stating that I "am obv not a PR" is and is just fishing for reactions. Even if you did interpret this from my post, why would you say it?

This is the main reason why I am voting you.
