It does narrow the field of scum, yes. But it does so even if the lovers die. Scum won't kill the lovers before much later, it's basic tactic. The longer lovers are alive, the longer scum is in control.


Stats for you on day 3(assuming we keep the lovers alive and no protection succeeds)

From most likely to least likely:

we mislynch twice, we're in LyLo with 3 scum
we mislynch once, we're in so weird MyLoesque but not quite situation with 2 scum
we don't mislynch, we win

Assuming we lynch lovers and complete doc fails, we'll be in MyLo day 3 with 2 scum whatever happens.

If we wait for tomorrow before hitting the lovers:

We lynch the wrong pair: We're in MyLo day 3, but without any lynched scum (although we have a confirmed one we CAN'T lynch...)
We lynch the right pair, we're in MyLo day 3 with 2 scum

Also SB, Nik-Kham-Yankee isn't a possible scumteam. If Kham is treacherous then HH would have denied his link to Yankee.

If Yankee is treacherous, the other lovers would know Kham is lying and (hopefully) claim it.

Well, if we lynch Kham and she was in the treacherous pair then other lovers have 50% chance of survival.

however if we lynch Yankee and HH and they flip treacherous, Kham's pair only has a 13 or so % chance of dying if she doesn't claim.

Whichever pair we lynch if they flip town-lovers the other pair is lynched later, so the time is irrelevant...

I think Dramonic is trying to use Percentages to make you think that lynching us is a better idea then lynching Khamisa. I honestly dont think HH is scum, and before i have already explained that i didnt think HH was scum before, i will not explain myself to you again....

As for my opinion of Vino, its more of a gut feeling that i dont think i should follow because it is obvious that Vino isnt going to be lynched today. As for the 3 people possible to be lynched today (Khamisa, Yankee, Nikanor) I believe that the best choice would be Khamisa because it is my firm belief that whoever her lover is, is the treacherous lover. Yes, it is true that me and HH will only have a 50% chance of surviving the night, but isnt that better then losing all 3 townies as compared to only 1? Using the percentages to try to sway people is very suspicious to me and will be noted Dramonic....

I actually think it is really important that we know who the other lover is so we can wholly weigh our options. Obviously this is biased coming from me, but I haven't seen any explanation for how I am scummier than, oh say Khamisa, just a bunch of 'HH and Yankee are much scummier imoimo'. However, I don't think Dramonic's necessarily trying to 'frame' yankee and I and get us lynched, since it would seem like it would be risky for scum to put themselves out there that much in order to lynch a certain pair of lovers, as the alignment of those lovers would be revealed. I think he simply doesn't see a lot of difference between the lynches and would prefer to lynch the two which are already outed since it has more possibility to be beneficial.

Though actually, at this point I am not even convinced having two townie lovers outed is that terrible, since doc and scum have a 50/50 chance of targeting the same one, thereby invalidating an NK, whereas if only one was outed, scum simply wouldn't bother targeting them at all and no NKs would be invalidated.

Too bad this is happening a day before deadline.

Ah, I don't know. I'm leaning to think that Yankee is really the treacherous lover. And that Khamisa is his scumbuddy. Why? Well, he unvoted so near the deadline, meaning that Khamisa is less likely to be hit at deadline.

But in the other hand... Nik is also scummy. I can easily see a Nik-Kham-Yankee team, with some busing. One way or another, Yankee is really scummy.

Anyway, to reiterate Khamisa should out her lover, or her lover should just out herself, if the partner is as scummy as she is this will be a no brainer.

I've said multiple times before, and I'll say it again: I think both Yankee and HH are town, meaning (assuming I'm right) if we lynch Khamisa, we'll hit scum, whether it be her or her lover.

I find Yankee's play pretty scummy. The question is whether I can reconcile him attempting to self-hammer with being scum. It could have been a fake, of course, but that's getting into all sorts of WIFOM territory. I'm not getting a scum read from Khamisa based on a look at her meta and I don't support a lynch based on a reread of her. There's just something a little bit off about Yankee's attempt to self hammer. The way it happened doesn't read right to me. I will:
