I fail to see what pooky has done in this game to make you believe he is town, but whatever. I'm pretty much fine lynching any of the three people I listed because I think any remaining scum are in their ranks. Order shouldn't matter because I don't see how we can lose the game.

I think the thing pooky has done is be the alternate lynch candidate to poptajo. Pooky was the preferred lynch of the scumbags, which seems to speak to him being townie.

VP, scum were all over lynching Pooky over Tajo.

I already addressed this. Tajo getting lynched was very bad for them because it outted rofl...which we now know was even more detrimental than losing just him. If pooky is part of the scum team too, they would have of course rather lynched him because it would have given them some town cred and also protected 3 scum members.

I'm not saying that's definitely what happened, but it is a possibility I think. Outside of the opposing wagons, do you see anything from Pooky that looks town? Why wouldn't he vote tajo until I goaded him into it?

yea kmd, if any of those peeps on da tajo wagon(which iis like almost all of us good good people) had voted me insteada him, i woulda been deads and town would be a lot worse off(towns are always a lot worse off when they lynch pooky*). So I'd think everybody on that tajo wagon = innocent and thesp/zu = de scummy scums.

We should have 3 lynches so i'm not so worried about that.

tho the extra person we have allows us to shoot once at night, so really 4 kills we gots.

and I'd love a Zu lynch followed by Thesp vig =)

I think kmd should def shoot tonight since he's prob the NK and this will be his last chance.

So if we lynch zu, I assume he flips scum. Then kmd vigs Thesp. If thesp is alive in the morning he's the GF w/ NK immunity and we lynch him anyway. If thesp is dead in the morning and the game is still going, then we lynch VP for the win.

I think that works, right?

VP, the way the scum piled on Pooky, why wouldn't they just pile on a town-aligned player? Iam and Serial were both considered reasonably scummy by quite a few players.

Also, lynching Iam would have been bad for the scum, imo, because it would have confirmed he was telling the truth...thus again guaranteeing rofl's lynch. Basically I see it as the scum had built a frail house of cards and might have been willing to sacrifice a member to protect it.

VP, the names were thrown around and they got a few votes. The way the scum piled on Pooky, they weren't concerned about being caught voting together. There was more than enough support that they could have done the same with either Iam or Serial. I can see your point about Iam, but what about Serial?

Look, your argument doesn't even make sense because if SC was as easy of a lynch as you are claiming him to be, then why didn't they just pile on him? We know for a fact that he was town, so what would have been stopping them from just lynching him?

I don't think the support was ever really there for an SC lynch. Once the tajo wagon started ramping up, they really had no choice but to pile on the only other available option, which was Pooky whether he was their partner or not.

I see what VP is saying and I think it is possible that they were trying to avoid the disaster of a tajo lynch by lynching anyone, even one of their own.

Could we do something like:

If Zu flips scum, vig thesp
If Zu flips town vig pooky

Technically, if zu is town, thesp could still be scum who got really lucky that zu was convinced he was town and decided to broadcast that like it was a breadcrumb. But I think that it's likely they're scum together the way zu tried to tell us "Thesp is good citizen." If we're wrong about zu, maybe it's worth it to vig pooky?

Why would we vig Pooky if Zu flips town? If we are wrong about Zu, it gives us less breathing room and we should stick to the plan.

Yeah, just did the numbers. We have seven players now. If we lynch zu and he flips town that puts us at six. If kmd shoots wrong and is killed, that puts us at four with potentially two scum left. Instaloss, so I don't think shooting if zu flips town is a good idea.

For the record, I am strongly opposed to any and all plans that involve lynching or vigging me. I do understand that my hesitation on the populartajo wagon doesn't garner me any town-points. (It clearly shouldn't make anyone guaranteed-scum, given at least one townie on the wagon, and from my point definitely at least two.) At the same time, I agree with VP Baltar re: Pooky still possibly being scum.

I'm not sure why VP Baltar is escaping attention as possible scum - he's no longer "cleared" by roflcopter. I am good with a zu_Faul lynch, though, for reasons listed by me and others in a myriad of places. I think VP Baltar is the ideal vig candidate - I'm having a hard time imagining that in the given D2 lynch voting:

...where the known scum are all on Xylthixlm (along with current top suspect zU_Faul and other suspicious folk) isn't worth considering, particularly if we're using the Pooky v. roflcopter lynch as a useful belwether (which I think is worthwhile).

I think kmd4390 should vig somone if he thinks charter isn't a good lynch at some point (tomorrow, should we lynch town today), based on the numbers. Otherwise, he should probably pocket it. (Though ekiM also plays with the numbers some. Hmm.)
