Check your pm again (if you're a power role, just nod your head and say yes like if you weren't). Townie doesn't appear in my role pm. While preseason football does, it seems like DRK is mafia who had that in there too who thought "townie" would be a safe claim to make, but I think he hedged his bets wrong.

You're misunderstanding my "hmmm". What worries me is the bit about pre-season football, actually. He obviously thought that it was town-exclusive information, hence his attempt to confirm himself by even mentioning it. If he's scum and the pre-season football thing also appears in the scum role PM, why would he think that it's town-exclusive?

The problem wasn't that someone would have hammered me immediately, but that no one was going to unvote. It's better I claim before I'm hammered, which I'm not sure was preventable.


Don't think I'm not taking the recent news of a mafia invasion seriously. In fact, I'm taking it quite seriously. Unless we all got different role PMs, hopefully someone will recognize something from this paragraph >.<

There's really not much more I can say to defend about this...I'm just trying to eliminate all opposing factions.

That last DRK post is really pushing the rules. I don't know how out of bounds flavor quoting is, but I would consider it violating the rules we've been given.

Seriously, though, if DRK roleclaiming townie instead of villager is the main reason you're voting for him, you need to re-assess, because you're playing a game of out-guess the mod.

Hrmm... The football stuff is what made me say DRK wasn't the lynch, but I see charter's point about name claim now. Not good. Yet post 543 is more of the role PM but without the true name (at least the one in my PM) Then Sigma posts and says another name that is different to mine.

DRK is not the lynch people. He may very well be the Mod kill, but I don't think he is the lynch.

He's not the lynch because he posted some flavor? You're basically guessing that the mod screwed up by letting a simple quote of flavor text confirm someone as *generic vanilla role*. I'm not willing to go that far. There are plenty of real reasons to lynch DRK, and that's why I'm voting him.
