Jason was town. EmpTyger was my second choice. I find it truly ridiculous that he's not even considering my claim. I mean, if I was just making up that I got roleblocked, why would I go through the trouble of giving the town information that my role got completely taken away?

Yeah, so...Emptyger is scum:

1) Obvscum for bandwagoning and being opportunistic instead of taking anything into consideration of RECKONER's explanation.
2) Furthering from point one, he completely ignores the fact that some people are now 'back on the island' which tells me he is scum and doesn't know that townies are back on the island.

I also am back on the island (as well as some others should be)...so yeah, I believe RECKONER. Also, remember John Locke turned the wheel in the mod's recent post? Well, now he is dead, and people are back on the island. I bet there is at least another person in this game right now that is back on the island.

Also, this wagon on RECKONER is false. Unless there is a cult in this game, RECKONER is on the town's side; yes, this is because he is Kate, so you can suck a golf ball through a garden hose if you refuse to believe he is anti-town.

(Also, I have this strange feeling John Locke is not dead...but you'd have to have watched the show to know what I mean )

ugh, how many times do i have to say that just because a character is good in the show doesn't mean they'll be good in the game. and vice versa. ive played enough theme games to know that character alignment is not proof of player alignment.

@Santos-you are so wrong on this it's not funny. Character names have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with alignment. If they did, most theme games could be broken on page one by mass claim. Scum could have also received fake claims. Stop arguing that as a defence for reckoner because it makes no sense.

And it’s not because a thief targeted him with an ability, for a couple reasons, most significantly because you’re saying it happened to both of you.
And no, it’s not because Locke turned the wheel in the flavorscene, because

2.8 I write flavour scenes solely for the players’ and my own enjoyment. They do not contain any info that could be used to catch scums or clear townies, or be relevant to the game in any other possible way.

It could be Reckoner had to make up a lie to explain what he claimed D1 and you’re supporting it, though. And there is at least one innocent reason for doing this, so if that’s the case, say so now.

This would be more believable if Zoneace or CKD *had* considered your claim, and if I *hadn’t*. Instead of what actually happened, which was the other way around.

Because, um, I did so consider your claim.

You were too overeager to prematurely justify how an alleged cop would be staying alive for more than a night after a doctor’s death? I’m mean that was just off the top of my head. Maybe, because it’s false information too?
Or, maybe it has some basis in truth, but because you lied about being a cop D1, you had to alter what you claimed happened, creating an inconsistency.

I'm not sure I agree - I think assuming Kate must be pro-town and blindly defending a claimed Kate is just plain stupid, and is not particularly indicative of alignment.

I didn't forget who I investigated. I forgot to post it because as soon as I saw that PM I was like "Well, shit... this is going to end poorly." My #1 suspect was Jason, but I figured with the Doc claim, either I'd be dead or he would on D2. If he was still alive I planned on coming at him full-force on D2. I was right (Yeah, maybe a bit of a gamble) and he was killed. My #2 suspect was Emp, but I thought knowing VP's alignment would be more helpful to town.
