Why not take the 1/12 risk of voting yourself?
Why not 1d11 with yourself excluded?
Why cop out and use dice in the first place?

-If you want to vote for yourself, go ahead.
-Because that's how I roll.
-Dice are fun sometimes.

If anyone can point me to any games where dice-based random votes were a factor in scum's strategy, then by all means. What's the night conversation like?

Scum A: "Just make your first vote with the dice! You won't need to take responsibility for your random vote!"

Scum B: "Yeah, that'll screw town over! Brilliant f'ing idea!"

I'll concede that the mathematical implications of using the two six sided dice stands, but at best it's a conversation piece and would be silly to try to spin it into a scumtell.


In other news....

I'm personally not a fan of the RVS, but it seems to be a culture etched in the meta of this site, so much so that deviations from this tend to raise eyebrows.
