Lowell, you are saying that it makes no sense to set up a neighbor claim and then back off of it. Ok, but when people start saying "the last neighbor is scum", then yeah, it makes sense to back off of it.

Everyone else, I think Lowell is presenting an arguement that he truly believes.

Here's why:
If you say I have no stance, Serial is my top suspect. I have been voting him practically forever and want him lynched ASAP.

If you are arguing that I'm not posting during the back and forth, look for me posting ANYWHERE on MS the last few days. I've been working almost non-stop since Tuesday night, so I haven't been home. When I am home, I don't come online. I sleep. Actually, I even slept in my car between two jobs for about an hour one day. So yeah, been too busy for anything on MS.

I get that, my worry is that someone who is town could make assumptions on who is town based on not very much, then let it follow that the other group are scum, then let it follow that if they wagon together that's further reason to think they're scum. If it was common for his scumgroup to all be on the same wagon, or to all pile on the one person then that's something more concrete, but as it is, he's made very light assumptions then has a very elaborate theories based on them.

However since an initial bout of overreaction (remember that CKD wasn't included in the scum lists until CKD started ot agree with him) he's been more reasonable, and when he replies to the argument instead of the language I feel like it's possible that he actually took those steps - he really did make those assumptions and he really did follow it all from there. It's different to how I play but that doesn't mean it's scummy.

You've been busy since Tuesday, except before Tuesday you were still very quiet after parking your vote - you've had very little interaction with the day at all. Is that also due to busyness?

@ Sc I think lynching Vermillion is better today. On the off chance we have 3 of them it's far better but even with only 2 it's still not bad, as there's the chance of mafia cross killing each other. I have nothing to do with mufasa. My comment was a joke regarding my (and his) non-explanatory vote posts.

I feel like I have two kinds of games: those I have a handle on (and am active) and those I don't (and tend to lurk). I doubt it's much of a scum/towntell either way, but I can see why the latter looks scummier.

Still, with 78 pages it's a bit depressing that this is what we're looking at to lynch folks. I'll post some thoughts in the next few minutes if I can hold internet connection for that long, otherwise I'll be back Sunday to answer whatever needs answering.
