SensFan is scum.
He has totally given up.
I might suggest that of the 3 players that voted him before I did, one of them is likely scum, something that would increase SensFan's likelihood of giving up on this game.
(3) SensFan- Budja, Goatrevolt, Ojanen
I would guess Budja, who has also been lurking hard.
I would also guess that there is third scum that is hesitating to vote SensFan, so as not to put all the scummy eggs in the same basket.
So... who is reluctant to vote SensFan, or ignoring the SensFan wagon?Hey Guido, it's all so clear to me now. I'm the keeper of the cheese and you're the lemon merchant, you get it? And he knows it. That's why he's gonna kill us. So we got to beat it, ya, before he lets loose the marmosets on us.-

I agree with Goat.
Players not voting for SensFan:
vollkan - hugely ignoring all things SF.
scotmany12 (TOWN)
MichelSableheart - has threatened to vote SensFan
curiouskarmadog - his reactions to SF's whining seem genuine but light on SF in general.
Yosarian2 - mostly tried to reason with SF against SF's case against FL. Otherwise, he's studiously ignoring the wagon.Hey Guido, it's all so clear to me now. Sens isn't ignoring this game, or lurking, or anything.
Sens hasn't really been playing in any of his ongoing games since the RL issues popped up.
12 hours from now, I'll have some real content here. Just don't lynch or hammer until then.(11:04:10 PM) senspizzaline: That's actually my bold prediction for the year
(11:04:19 PM) senspizzaline: Miami finishes 2nd in the AFCE.

First, I'll start by addressing Ren's point about me having supposedly "given up".
I don't 'give up'. I just don't, its not how I play. You can feel free to look up any of my previous games, and you'll see that's not me.
I especially wouldn't give up due to being bussed, since I happen to feel strongly that bussing is the correct play a lot more often than most people do. This I should be able to provide proof for if needed.
---
To answer Goat, I explained it: RL issues that make me not want to play Mafia.
---
As a note, MSH hasn't once PM'd me to tell me to get my ass in here, even though he knows he's allowed to.
---
More to come.(11:04:10 PM) senspizzaline: That's actually my bold prediction for the year

Been trying to, other stuff always came up in the thread and now I'm unfortunately having a really busy patch of time until next week. For the time being, you can reference my iso 9 and 12 for Sens, 10 for you. I don't have much of a case against laid out against you, it's more behavioral tendencies/ vibes I associate to a scum stereotype described in first few paragraphs of iso 10 and process of elimination as described in my earlier post detailing other players.vollkan wrote: @Ojanen: Going to get around to answering the heart of my question?
I'll elaborate and answer other questions when I'm back.
V/LA until Monday.-

I would like to hear Sens post before a lynch occurs but I doubt it will change my mind.
I stongly agree with this.Goat wrote: I don't think Adel/Yosarian are scum together. Yosarian is tying himself far too neatly to Adel for them to be a scum pair. He's quite frankly begging us to lynch him next if Adel is scum, and I don't see Yosarian making that play as a scum buddy.
The initial suspicion did, but hardly enough for predict such a wagon occuring. Ren's behaviour after been voted contributed the most to his wagon.MSH wrote: The initial wagon against Ren began on page 2 of the game thread, with the discussion between him, Seraphim and scotmany, and was lingering throughout the first 11 pages of the game, even though noone could vote at that time.
But the fact that it isn't unusual behaviour for Ren IMO weakens your view of him as the "scum on your wagon.MSH wrote: It's not inconsistency that's bothering me. It's that he's all "I'm in favour of an Adel lynch" without actually contributing arguments, when the others have only expressed (strong) suspicion.-

I'm not impressed with Budja's recent contribution. It's mostly focused on Goat's comments on Adel/MSH, and weak refutation of some of MSH's arguments.
Why the focus on one player?
Why the prediction that there is little Sens can say that would change Budja's mind, when Budja's lurking has been as constant as Sens's?Hey Guido, it's all so clear to me now. I'm the keeper of the cheese and you're the lemon merchant, you get it? And he knows it. That's why he's gonna kill us. So we got to beat it, ya, before he lets loose the marmosets on us.-

I told you to get into the main thread ASAP through our quicktopic two weeks ago. Sending a PM then would have been superfluous, sending a pm when you were V/LA would be useless, and even when you only skimmed the quicktopic, the message really couldn't be missed, so sending a pm after last monday was unnecessary.MichelSableheart, quicktopic creative team, august 2nd wrote:Hey, checking in.
Sorry for not posting here earlier.
You may want to check the main thread ASAP though. Quite a lot happened since your last post there.
---
Looking at Mafia 98, you made a grand total of 22 posts there since last monday, on five different days. During that same time period, you made 4 posts in here, 3 of which did not contain significant content. The content in the other post was meager to say the least. CKD can post tomorrow.

Clearly incorrect. Seraphim, Budja and Yosarian2 all voted before Ren's reaction to being voted. Vollkan announced that he would vote Ren if he had to vote someone in #272 (before Ren's reaction), and Ren's self vote is not useful when determining if the speed of the bandwagon is indicative of scum. All of that did not come suddenly. And then Ren did something that clearly deserved extra votes, which IMO also did not happen with Adel early day 2.Budja wrote:The initial suspicion did, but hardly enough for predict such a wagon occuring. Ren's behaviour after been voted contributed the most to his wagon.

Where else did Ren push for a lynch without contributing arguments of his own?Budja wrote:But the fact that it isn't unusual behaviour for Ren IMO weakens your view of him as the "scum on your wagon. There is no 'a' in Michel.-

So, as you all know--shit, youvotedfor him to be fired--SensFan, as of today, is no longer our colleague. I've taken the liberty of raiding his desk, and apart from a nugget (confiscated, naturally), a few empty cigarette packs, and a couple assorted magazines, there's nothing: he was just another pothead of an art director, like the rest of you. Checked his laptop, too: he was only subscribed to the circle jerk that is advertising blogs, nothing suspicious. Apparently you just lynched one of your own. Great fucking job.
My eternal love

Gentlemen! These are our prospective clients for today:
Lou's Downtown Gun Shopwants a riff on the previous flop of a campaign on shotgun shell bargains--who knows, maybe this time people will give a shit.
The MAPDhas contacted us; the police force is at an all time low in terms of public appeal. They want a campaign depicting the newly introduced mob-friendly tear gas and rubber bullets, as well as their Flower Power uniforms, worn every Thursday. How gaily they must frolic on the streets of Misanthro.
Daedalus Bus Manufacturing Co.is back for marketing advice; they are considering introducing a new line of minibuses, for the family guy.
We Make Shoes Inc.wants to crack open the unexploited market of people who are runningawayfrom something. Seriously, who makes up this shit?
9 AM sharp, be there or be yelled at for the rest of the meeting.
Ta,
vollkan, Head of Account Services
