is the best thing I can do at this point.

There's STILL a disaster possible. If Charnel claims doc and isn't countered, we have ourselves a 3-VT pool (really 1 scum and 2 VTs) AND no way for the cop to live. Baltar, you are either an idiot or scum desperate to break up the process that's going to kill you. Take it as a compliment, I'm banking on the latter.

At this point, we might as well massclaim. *sigh*

If someone doesn't counter-claim VP he's telling the truth and charnel is confirmed. In which case we lynch the two remaining VTs and hit scum.

It's become readily apparent after this game that in this setup, not having a D1 PR claim is critical to the town's success. So critical in fact that a PR claim on D1 should be an automatic lynch.

re: setup-yeah, claiming D1 is a bad idea. Obviously if you get a noose around your neck, you have to claim, but I would hope anyone with a PR would at least be able to avoid putting their foot in their mouth that much on D1. My biggest concern was surviving N1, since I seem to have a bad habit of getting axed then as of late. Once Char claimed vanilla (which is the important fact you seem to be willfully ignoring yabba), this game was in the bag.

Hohum hasn't claimed, so I'm assuming he's doc. In that case, you may pull it off just yet. But man, people, you're scaring me.

Yea, yea. You, Oct, and Char all did me in. Somehow, I knew I'd be favored for a lynch over Octupis, but it's a town victory either way.

I just wish someone had told me hohum had claimed doc. STILL I don't see where he claimed, and if he did, I would've liked to have been enlightened about that.

If the doc protect would have succeeded last night then we could have potentially pulled it off. I was actually contemplating protecting muzz over octu but I decided to go with my original instinct -- incorrect as it turns out.

^Here is where he claimed doc. It wasn't a direct claim, but he was obviously saying he was the doc.

What would have changed if you had known he had claimed doc?

I would've been a hell of a lot less upset with my lynch. To me, the possibility of Char claiming doc was still there. If that had happened, you would've had disaster on your hands.

Believe me when I say your gamble to outright claim cop was very, very gutsy. If Char was doc, this would not have been a guaranteed victory.
