@Scott - What votes in particular are bothering you?
Holding off on switching my vote, because I still think that Devestation is the better lynch today. How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder,
without ever recognizing the truth that perhaps it was they who were simpler and better,
and not the world about them?-

@Mod
There's a Charter on the charter wagon and a second one on me. That first Charter should be Ryan.I'm a hoot

1.) Read 293. Again. It was my retake/re-read on the game, as I admit to not putting much effort into the game since then (it was my first post in 4 pages, and first substantial post all game really). Since I wasn't really up to date on the game, a re-read was necessary when I had some time, and I did it, and, if you read my post, I mention Charter as one of my top 3 for scum.Scott Brosius wrote:Sajin and ryan mostly. Dram and SC have been vocally suspicious of charter all day, charlatan to a lesser extent. Dev has his theory vote, . But as I said, the votes are coming too easy too late for my comfort.
2.) Too easy too late? Umm, have you missed the last page where Charter completely contradicts, well, almost everyone's role text?
scummy unwilling-to-claim player lynch >>>> uncountered cop claim lynch D1 >>>> no lynch.
I disagree with Charter's idea that trading cop for scum D1 is a good play. You lose a power role D1, with no investigation results. Sure, a given cop may only get 1 scum read per game (maybe 2), but he ALSO gets around 1-3 TOWN confirms, which definitely helps, and thus unbalances the "losing cop D1 for 1 scum" argument.. It's asanine to lynch unclaimed cop D1 and asanine to think trading cop on D1 for scum is smart.ShowTown: 3-4*
Scum: 2-1
SK: 0-1
Unlynched.

Hmmmm, I reread, and I'm nowhere near as sure of Devestation or charlaton. I am still positive dramonic is scum. Upon reflection, I do believe Devestation is the cop.
Rest of the scum is contained within Adam, Pim, charlatan, ryan.
Mod, what is the replacement status on players like Pim/Adam (or others) who haven't posted in nearly two weeks?
Still no reason for me to claim.-

I prodded them, but I think it's a little late in the day to go looking for replacements. I'll replace them by day two if they don't show up.charter wrote:Hmmmm, I reread, and I'm nowhere near as sure of Devestation or charlaton. I am still positive dramonic is scum. Edit: I guess it wouldn't hurt to TRY to get a replacement.-

Now you are just flailing, charter.
I will hammer after Scott responds to my question. Unless of course people want to help run up Devestation. How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder,

No. You're scum, and based off the interactions you've had, I've ruled several players out. With a bunch of players not even playing, it's very difficult to figure your partners out.dramonic wrote:Okay... so basically you're saying I'm scum with half the players in the game? XD
No Konowa, I'm not flailing. What brought about you suddenly thinking I'm scum? I'd understand completely if you were thinking of voting me because you wanted to ensure a lynch, but you're now saying you think I'm scummy. When and why did this change come around? I find Konowa trying to sneak his vote in by saying he's actually suspicious of me all of a sudden pretty scummy.-

I have been saying you are scummy since your cop/not cop proposition. This is not all of a sudden. Add that to the fact that you are refusing to bus your buddy Devestation and viola, two scum down. How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder,

Perhaps you should ask better questions to get the answers you want instead of blaming me. For the third time, I get suspicious when a wagon that had been strong all day crumbles close to deadline. The players who have not expressed a strong opinion about charter that latched on at the end are the most suspicious. I realize that ryan was not around and his vote was based on his supposed first read-through, but both his and sajin's votes are something to look at tomorrow.Konowa wrote:Ugh, drawing blood out of a stone.

Are you implying that you know charter is town? Thats how I read this. Your not even considering the possibility that charter is scum in these statements. Would you really rather lynch the uncced cop?Scott Brosius wrote:

I still stand by my statement that Devestation is a much better lynch. However, since no one wants to take me up on it, I will concede to having charter lynched who is equally as scummy.

Just as I finally nail some of this work you...
I have observed this in almost every mini game that I have played. People are running out of time, and hence base their decisions on less and less information.scott wrote: For the third time, I get suspicious when a wagon that had been strong all day crumbles close to deadline.
You were on L-1 for gods sake... too late now.Charter wrote: Still no reason for me to claim.
What makes me a better lynch than Charter, even though he is just as scummy as I am? Oh do not worry there Mr. Scum, I will explain everything if I live through the night.
