re: MM--the problem is that he is claiming V/LA until the 7th and he hasn't posted anywhere else on the site since his last post here. I still think he has been reasonably scummy enough that we can lynch him without worry, but I'm starting to doubt he is going to claim. If anyone on the wagon (or off I suppose) is uncomfortable with this, you need to speak up now and not expect a free pass tomorrow because 'we had a deadline and no other choice'.

With the sun barely still visible above the horizon, the bulk of the suspicion falls, perhaps slightly inevitably, on the guy with the word "Mafia" in his nickname. He tries to explain that he got the nickname from playing the popular social game of that name, not by being part of any

mafia group, but nobody buys it, and he is strung up in the town centre just before sundown.

Alas, he spoke the truth, and was just an innocent civillian.

I'm going to go and re-read Zazie to see if I can see any links between players. Clearly there was a link between Mastin and herself with a bit of buddying going on. and aside from that she just pushed for a lynch on the claimed miller, which makes sense as scum. Perhaps it's worth having a look at those who were a little too convinced by her.

KK - no reaction to Zazie's death? The single person who pushed for your death more than any other dies? Perhaps you aren't surprised? Just becuase you specifically were blocked (if you were) doesn't mean if you're scum you couldn't have your buddies kill her.

At the bottom of the page there is a drop down tab where you can select a specific user to view in isloation. By default it is set to "all users". Just click on the down arrow and scroll to select a specific player.


re: Zazier's death--I am definitely intrigued to hear Mastin's reaction since he pretty much did nothing but agree with her all day and was harping on killing KK as well.

I think SC is right that we need to look at the people who agreed with her very readily, particularly those who may have later changed positions when it became unpopular to go after KK's lynch.

Kise totally had Zazie at post 232 or so.. Zazie's over the top defence about how she knew there were two scumgroups was obvscum.

Throughout the thread, her major focus definitely seems to be pushing the KK wagon. She defends cKool, buddies with Mastin and Kise, defends Rotten. She asks for a prod on Mufasa, which I thought was al ittle unusual at the time (other players ahdn't posted for ages beforehand IIRC but she only chose to prod Mufasa). Perhaps that indicates Vermillion's kill flavour?

This cKool this is suspect.
Post 343 she defends cKool against Mastin and wicked again, one of the few times she goes against Mastin.

Also the neighbor thing - as far as I'm aware, they don't know each others alignments, so even if we got the neighbor Mufasa was talking to, we couldn't guarantee that they were town, so there's no point to them claiming. Is that right?

Basically neighbours are masons w/ unconfirmed alignments.

A quick skim of zazie's posts reveals the following to me:

The her/KK arguments, her overstating his lies etc, means he's not scum w/ zazie.
LOTS of buddying w/ Mastin. It's fairly awful looking back.

A few exchanges between Hayker/Zazie that looked like noise to me too. And Hayker is also scummy enough by himself. Possible partnership there.

I need to re-read the game in a bit I think, I'm fuzzy on a lot of the details.

I disagree with this. Often times scum would say they have a "gut" town read on their partners because they can't really be called for defending them outright. I don't get the first part of what you are saying at all, why would she be pushing for his lynch if she said she had a town read on him?

Neighbors are indeed unconfirmed masons. I'm currently weighing out the pros and cons of Mufasa's neighbor claiming.
