Man. I don't know if it's down to personalities or roles, but I've found the first few pages here to be a weird read. Most everyone seems kinda... edgy and suspicious. Moreso than normal. It gives me the feeling of being in a room with caffeinated paranoiacs.

Anyhow.

mole's answering for Kise in post 76 rubs me the wrong way slightly.
Josh's posts also: it's logic but not as we know it.
And VP's reason in post 83 for not answering Q4 seems over-cautious.

Kise I'm okay with at the moment.

I think most town lurkers I've encountered seem to lurk intermittently as offline stuff waxes and wanes, more so than continuously. So I'm not too worried about lurking this early on day 1, at least if the game's not stalling because of it. If it gets later on in the day and someone has continued not to contribute then I find that more suspicious.

My gut is pointing to mole and Josh at the moment, and telling me to reread VP's posts. I want to have a better read on him than I do.

I am suspicious of how VP's comments about cop/lie detector were put under the spotlight. Seems to me it would have been more pro-town not to draw further attention to them. The mix of bemusement and annoyance in Kise's responses seems genuine to me.

Didn't like the way he got tangled up in his words and logic earlier, and haven't heard anything to change that impression since, while mole is looking somewhat better to me on a re-read.

If I continue posting questions such as the one above to allow me to make statements without breaking my (possibly-temporary-or-possibly-not-depending-on-the-whims-of-our-all-powerful-mod) post restriction - which was given to me, it seems, around the same time camn got her double vote - would that be easy to get used to?

I think cam got her power during the day because I got my post restriction at the same time and I think it would be pretty coincidental for her to just randomly claim it then although her getting the power doesn't really say anything either way about her alignment because as she just said they could be randomly assigned particularly if they're temporary, couldn't they?

I'm also all in favour of sending our PMs to camn and letting her run it based on that, even if stef doesn't provide her with all the special mechanics and whatnot.
