Bg2 doesn't really do anything... The knight is still pinned and will still be pinned after whatever black do next.

Qe3 gives us an adequate response to g5 and allows us to break the pin on the next move with Be3.

If 21. Bxe4, Black replies with fxe3 and White is finished.

Anyways, that's the initial thought. I have a line that sees this position and with my moves that shows that this will lead to a draw. I need to finalise a few things first.

The mini limit is no consideration to me (I'm mini capped to my knowledge, but I don't plan on joining any new games anyway). I'd prefer to finish out the game, but I'm not going to throw a fit if it gets abandoned.

I don't care about the mini limit either (I do mostly newbie games nowadays). the problem is that this game does take time and effort, and it has been doing so since half a year ago, every single day. And that despite I don't even post here a lot. so let's put this thing to an end ok. shorter deadlines are ok
