I'd advise combining elements of this, and Glork's

Martyr Mafia

.

*All Townies have a Suicide-Bomb
*Scum only have a group NK
*Scum win if their faction wins
*Town wins in any of the following
**They get NK'd
**They bomb Scum
**They survive until all Scum are dead

That should (in theory) limit the random bombings, since anyone that bombs Town loses.

The mechanic is a lot deeper, and has a ton more usage than "random suicides ftw!"
