I have a gripe.

I want to propose a silver rule change that allows for pluralities to win out, even if a majority isn't present, but this would contradict P85 if it were to become a rule, as rules now don't "expire".

Any way to get around that, guys? Perhaps a new "P85" is in order by reproposing it?

Which third option?: Not voting? That isn't strictly a third option because a person may be absent and have an opinion on a proposal just no voted on it yet.

So when does one decide to count the plurality votes? When a certain percentile is reached? Explain.

Nomic I had something where if you didn't post every 72 hours you were kicked out, I'm thinking more along the lines of 2 weeks just to get rid of people who have obviously quit playing.
