Charter declares ODDin protown because he didn't want L-1 on myself oas well as empking. It seems too obvious to expect scum to change their opinion after only a few posts, especially when you make it clear that you are testing him, Charter. I just think that whole ODDin-Charter interaction looks contrived to me.

Frankly, were an observer from the side, I too would think Charter and myself are a team. Also, even if I were scum, I would most likely get Charter's point and act the way I acted.
Alas, all I can say in my defence is "I'm not scum", which doesn't really get us anywhere.

No. This is what I was trying to do. Pick any player (in this case, Empking) and wagon them to L-1. See reactions (in this case it was ODDin who made a reaction, the unvote). Then, pick another person, and put them at L-1, and gauge that same player's (ODDin) reaction to that other wagon. If the reaction is different, then that's a HUGE red flag.

The players chosen were arbitrary since it's the beginning of the game. Is it a foolproof way of catching scum? No, but if it works, it's a HUGE tell if the reactions are different.

Yeah but I don't think not changing your reaction is a towntell. For scum to make such a slip seems unlikely, yet you are "relatively sure" ODDin isn't mafia because he avoids such a stupid mistake.

Nooooooooooo. This is not what I said at all. I have no clue at all, where you get that "Confirm" means that I think that's a towntell. Nowhere did I say or imply anything like this. You're now asking a leading question, where if I say yes, then you'll say "OMG SCUM". If I say no, then you'll twist what I've said to make a contradiction.

I personally have nothing against him, but you can look at a LOT of his games and find players that get worked up about him because Empking has a, shall we say, different playstyle. I don't pretend to understand it, but I'm going to call him on what I think is flawed/bad logic or questions.

I've never played in a setup like this (this is one of my first games) so I'm not sure what to think of the early L-1s or the fact we're possibly nearing a lynch on Page 2.
