As I had other stuff going on onsite + exams I will freely admit that I did not do much this task and by the time I got any time most of it was done. I did try to help with a little that hadn't been done however but really couldnt do much.

Im suprised that it wasnt submitted as we had done a lot, looking back at the last week, + and dahill did pretty much all of it. PEG only popped in once and really did next to nothing, Panzer did absolutely nothing. I think as Team manager Pickem should be blamed for lack of submission, Panzer I think should be the one thats fired.

I would have to say that no, he did not do all he could but at least he showed up as opposed to Panzer who did nothing whatsoever. Also, out of the two PEG has consistently done more work overall than Panzer.

It's hard, because I love both of these people, but I don't think PEG or Panzer have been pulling their weight, and I don't think they would disagree with that. I think they both regret not helping out as much, and wish they could have given more to the team.So, if I were you, it would be a hard decision for me for who to fire.

PEG gave no leadership and was ultimately the reason we lost this challenge; we had 12/13 pictures found, if we had been given a little direction it would have been an easy landslide.

On the other hand, Panzer quit and came back, and he's no Joan Rivers. He didn't do anything on this task, and honestly he's just been dragging along in this competition for a while now.

That being said though, I really think this is the best team I've been on so far in this game. We all get along really well, and they are all very bright and gumptious. Hopefully this elimination will make us stronger, rather than weaker.
