Re: Rhinox 343. This rule took effect from the time I posted the rule as passing (in post 255). The judgment made by the panel was to see if it counted as an offense. They judged that it did. The panel are the ones that made this ruling but if you still wish to protest I will send it back to them. Please indicate your wishes in thread.

Moratorium, who obviously can't follow his own dumb rules, perhaps job titles should be done away with. I'd vote for either that or the penalty reduction. That, or Juls be forced to use job titles correctly just for complaining.
