Commodity: Chameleon Device

When used, this commodity forces its user to immediately lose ownership of their current Corporation. They then immediately acquire and become the sole owner of the Corporation currently held by the second player entity on the leaderboard.
In exchange, that targeted player entity loses ownership of their current Corporation, and immediately acquires and becomes the sole owner of the Corporation previously held by the user of this Commodity.
All assets tied to a particular Corporation (Commodities inventory, Rights to sale, cash balance, etc...) are transferred along with ownership of a Corporation.
When the Chameleon Device commodity is used, it is consumed, and immediately deleted upon use.
