That game is over. So it's possible you made a mistake.
Why is it so hard to explain why you posted in a game which doesn't include you in the player list? I'm only checking if you didn't make a mistake.

Just give an answer, and this discussion can be over.

no, i think this is a mistake here by you. charter's death doesn't prove there was a scum roleblocker. all it proves is that he died. he might not have protected himself. i think you are a scum roleblocker and this was a slip.

And seriously, zazie? You honestly thought Hoopla meant to claim scum in this game? When she's basically the only confirmed townie?

@Geraintm- it makes perfect sense. If there is only one scum left, then we could lynch them for the win. Two scum left puts us where we are now. We lynch zazie-scum, pray that she is the roleblocker, and then I protect Hoopla and take the scum bullet tonight, leaving her to choose the winner tomorrow. The alternative is that zazie isn't the roleblocker which means the scum will probably kill Hoopla leaving me, you, and Shanba alive tomorrow and since you seem to think that I'm scum, then Shanba decides the winner. Are you forgetting? charter was a fully claimed townie JOAT. He was the only claimed power role, he had no reason to think there was a roleblocker, he said he had an innocent investigation which he didn't divulge to us (meaning he was reasonably sure he'd make it through the night), and he had already used a vig kill. That meant he had his roleblock and his doc protect left last night. Putting myself in his shoes, I would have self protected to make sure sure I could try to use the roleblock to find the last scum.

Sens is a good analyst who came in and made a post that struck me as very townie. His summary posts came across like he was actively scum hunting. I'm not saying I agree with everything he said in them, but on night one, it was enough to make me want to keep him for the next day. Good analysts can be death to scum when they replace in, because they are looking everything over and seeing it in a different light.

And no, I didn't understand what you were getting at. Please explain what you were attempting to accomplish.

Hi, I'm afraid I've been a bit lazy recently with regards to mafia - things have started to pile up elsewhere, and I've been a bit bored with the whole thing anyway. But I'm back now.

First off, I really hate SK's vote on Panzer yesterday. His explanation is that he doesn't think Hoopla or charter are scum and it is therefore safe to vote for him doesn't hold a whole lot of water to my mind - the three votes had been on for some time before he put his vote down, and in that time SK was defending panzer.

Furthermore, the claim is just urgh. I've got to be honest, I don't think he should have claimed doc at all if he is town. Too much damage to his reputation by modifying his claim, and it's not likely to get him off the hook anyway. It looks like a desperate attempt to get away with the game.

However, playing the odds is a geraintm lynch. geraintm is scummier than Sk by quite a long way, and furthermore, if SK

is

telling the truth, then his very existence disrupts scum strategising. A doc to deal with would make things hard for scum. If they're both scum, then it doesn't matter which order we lynch them - especially as if they're both scum then we don't have any power roles left so the probable existence of a scum roleblocker is immaterial!

Did you see the post I made yesterday? Your refutation was basically "ah, I always do that." You shrugged it off, failing to actually address anything.

And you've completely misunderstood my playing the odds, comment, yes. What I'm saying is that I don't know which of you is scum - I can't be 100% certain that both of you are, though I'm close to - and as such, ignoring everything else, the odds are more in our favour with the claimed doc alive than with the claimed townie. I don't really feel like elaborating, since that would eliminate most of the advantage as I see it.

No, that's really stupid. If Shadow isn't scum it means that myself, geraintm you or Zazie are the last scums. I see Zazie as confirmed in my eyes. The way she actively sought out information based on the townie role isn't something scum could risk. And I am town - you even think I'm town. That leaves just you two.

Geraintm may be scum, but Shadow is the high percentage play today. I'm hoping Zazie sees this as she is the one person I think is town. And to be honest, I've had clouds of doubt over your head too Shanba. Initially, it was more a 'why isn't he dead yet?' type feeling, but I really am starting to see it as possible that you're Shadow's partner.

Your recent post to keep him alive and force a mislynch is clever enough to throw a handful of suspicion on Shadow, but then fabricate a lie that geraintm is the best choice. One mislynch costs us the game, and I think geraintm is possibly town now due to your actions.

I don't care where you put your vote, put it on me if you want. You're going to be today's lynch whether you like it or not.

Town, stop letting scum peddle around this craplogic, Shadow is unbelievably scummy. Another reason (in case you're still unsure) is him casting his vote in lylo, and then changing it two posts later. Town should not, and would not vote in lylo unless they are sure. Shadow is not sure, he is just trying to manufacture one more mislynch.

yeah, i saw your post, but even you said " Not sure that's scummy - might be indicative of his cautious playstyle coming through as scum, not wanting to commit to cases that might get him in trouble."

how am i meant to defend myself against that? All i can say is that i think i am pretty consistent in the way i play, you just find that scummy. And i think that is what i said yesterday in response to your post. it didn't help that you then disappeared from this game until today despite posting in other games you are in.

I'm not really that interested in looking less scummy, just in lynching scum.

Shanba has looked protown to me the whole game.
I was wobbly on Hoopla, but I think charter investigated her and got town.

Who does that leave?

You and zazie. You've been making odd posts all game and zazie's replacee xofelf slipped up in the early game and made the same mistake that panzer did by calling him vanilla, NOT townie. My only hope is that whichever of you we lynch, is the roleblocker, so the other *has* to kill me in the night to be sure the kill goes through. That will leave one scum, Hoopla, and Shanba. It should be easy for them to win this game at that point.
