, what was the main reason you lost?

I think the main reason was the mistakes Farside made posting some cards. I didn't like that she basically gave up on this. She even PM'd me asking me to take her to the Boardroom (which is a request I plan to honor).

In addition Kmd, please post two people you would like to bring back to the Boardroom.

Farside for the mistakes and request to be brought to the Boardroom.

And

Pacman for doing the least work.

My earlier issues with JD aren't a big deal right now. I didn't like that he originally assigned cards for people to search before I got online, and gave himself nothing to search, but he later searched other cards. And I didn't like that he said he was too sick to do anything, but he came back to search some more and even strategize the final moments of the game. So I feel he redeemed himself.

Max did a lot of posting for us and Cay did a lot of searching, so I have no issues with either of them.

Also, I want to thank JD for suggesting that I be PM. I feel that it helped me get into the game and take on some responsibility. Even with the loss, I am happy with my personal performance and am confident that the team can turn this around.

The least would have to be Farside. I saw her posting around site and nothing from her in our QT where we were organizing everything.


And i would like to add something: Kmd started the challenge off on the bad foot for me, by posting and not organizing anything, but as things went on and he really took the leader ship role well and I applude him for that. JD stepped up in the begining for where Kmd fell short, and helped with a bit of searching.

Max did quiet a bit of posting for us, which was nice, because I was focused on the searching.

I agree with Kmd's selection of Pacman as well. He was almost incredibly useless and searched maybe a quarter of what he was assigned.

No. At first, he did seem a bit nonchalant, but once he hit his stride he did a pretty good job. Farside or pacman should definitely be fired after this task.

I think that Eagle Eye, if anything, is far more organised, though I presume the reason we failed this task is not because of anything more than the mistakes made earlier on which resulted in penalties for us, which, I believe, led to our eventual demise.

Though I have not been asked I would request that pacman is fired, because on both sides he has done nothing, and I think that Farside should be allowed to stay.

We needed to get on it right away because we knew PEG was working quickly, it would've been nice if you would've been there from the start, but I really like how you took the time to figure out what cards have been used and planned out what card to go next. I kinda got confused with that, which is why i remained to just searching.

I tried to make my best at searching, and I found 2 cards (yet not very useful). However, I had no time, as I was V/LA during the whole task, and I had 2 hours each day.
Also, I saw that the team detoured from the original plans, as we did let them put up 2 cards over the end of the task.
I don't know who must be fired. I repeat, I had no time to pay attention to many things (just for working on search).
