No rule can lead to the automatic removal of a player from the game.
This rule does conflict because there are already rules to automatically remove players from the game. If you want to propose this rule, the conflicting rules must be revoked.
Per rule 13, Empking has been removed from the game and thus, per rule 2, has lost the game.

Ammendment to Rule 6: Each participant has 10 hp. If you sandwich their post (post before and post after) you cause damage and that person loses 1 of those hp.
If people reach 0 hp they are automatically removed from the game
The 9 eliminated players will form a jury to decide the winner at the passing of this proposal. No new proposals will be able to be proposed, and any outstanding proposals will be invalidated.
Be more specific. There are 10 eliminated players. Do you want the most recent nine or all ten?

Max, can you propose the following for me:
Max wins the game. Blackberry recieves second place and is awesome. The two shall remain kings over the world forever and ever and the big whale is their jester who lives in the moat. Drench is their little princess and recieves 3rd place and as Kings, me and Blackberry shall take sign-ups to decide who will recieve our lovely princess' hand in marriage. The kings will decide on all the rules and everyone else will be at their mercy.
