Santos, I really can't tell you why the Scum killed Slicey. It seems like a really dumb move. Killing Charter would be the obvious thing so that they would make us lynch Slicey today. Unless Charter is scum, but why would he do something that so obviously implicates himself. It doesn't make sense.

Zwet, I was posting to say I'm not inactive, but also that I had nothing further to add. Santos thought that that was counterproductive and voted for me. I disagreed and laid out why it was a bad idea to lynch me. Santos disagreed with my disagreement but removed his vote.

King makes a good point about scum making a dumb move in NKing Slicey as opposed to Charter. If charter flipped town after the night, then I definitely would have aimed for Slicey as scum.

The debate about who to send to the Troll doesn’t take long. In short order three fingers are pointed towards charter and the Troll again appears from the depths to drag him away. As you watch Zorblag drag him, protesting into the darkness doubt starts to enter your mind. Shortly sounds start to drift out of the passage the monster and his victim disappeared down. You stand there, paralyzed by your curiosity.

Suddenly an explosion behind you breaks your trance. Things grow suddenly dark as you spin around to see what happened; it seems that someone has collapsed the entrance to the mine. Voices call out in desperation as you try to figure out what has happened, but it seems that only two voices are involved. You hear nothing from King or zwetschenwasser. Reaching out you try to make physical contact with someone else, anything to confirm that you aren’t trapped here alone. As you find the arm of your companion you turn around and see a pair of yellow eyes glowing in the dark and realize that charter’s screams stopped sometime during the commotion.

The voice that drifts from the direction of the malevolent orbs that shine in the darkness is clearly that of the Troll. “It seems that charter no was one of Frankie’s associates. Troll wonders if Troll ever mentioned that Troll takes contracts from the mob in addition to Troll’s other services. Troll probably no did. Ah well, you know now. And now it be time to make your peace with this life; it will be gone shortly. Troll will give you the time you need to do this. Consider it Troll’s last and only gift to you.”

Outside the cave King and zwetschenwasser nod at each other and start to walk away with no ceremony. It’s time to leave this village. Their vengeance has been accomplished, this community is spent and they know they will have a new assignment waiting for them in their next destination.

Charter went from shoving a bs case and bandwagon down my throat three pages in with NO evidence, and managed to bitch on day 2 about "nobody vote" and "just FoS" when the tables turned on him instead.

It was fair for me to think he was scum - - and he had already announced the person to hammer me would be scum in his books, so I figured I'd rather there be two dead people with a finer toward who I thought was certainly scum instead of three dead townies all because Charter thought he was smart enough to lead everyone.

I'm happily continuing my game with people that play better than him and don't regret the suicide - (shame he wasn't as smart as he led on - he could have "handled the pressure" and survived, I reckon)
