Well we're not talking about affairs of the heart, here, just the game, haha.

ABR is a minus one.

Do we bother waiting for a replacement to hammer?

It would be fun if we could punish a player that everyone finds annoying, but I can't replace, I'm already in the game.

IIRC, Korts was the first person to push the case, and it was right out of the opening posts on D1. That makes vollkan and Korts more likely to be mutually exclusive as scum, to me, because that's not something I would expect scum to do. However, either one could still be scum.
Except, when I read Korts' early posts, it doesn't look like he is pushing a serious case.

This might be premature since we don't know ABR's alignment, but I did a reread back at the events surrounding ABR's miller claim.

If ABR flips scum, farside doesn't look too good to me. She started asking ABR some questions but then quickly backed off and turned on DGB for suggesting most miller claims are false.

====

DGB and korts don't change much - they both stated general opinons about miller claims, DGB saying miller claims are usually false, korts saying he's never seen a fake claim (although korts looks slightly worse for afterwards saying that he doesn't think miller claims are a tell either way). Volkan is in a similar situation, saying that millers should always claim early but that ABR could well be scum.

====

Charter comes as off bad to me.
charter wrote:I will throw my two cents in here. Seen way more fake miller claims than real ones.

I don't even know what this discussion is for. No one is arguing that ABR is scum because he claimed miller. You guys are letting vollkan off the hook. FOS those arguing this.
He says he's seen way more fake claims than real but then says that we should ignore ABR claiming miller and get back to Volkan.
Albert B. Rampage wrote:

Very good point charter. I will have to come back on this later.
Scumbuddy post? I'd say if ABR flips scum, then Charter is a probable scumbuddy.

====

Am I dreaming? After charter (who says most miller claims he has seen are fake) said we need to get back to vollkan, korts quickly agrees, attacking DGB for maintaining that most miller claims she has seen are scum, but lets charter get away with it.

Korts wrote:No, DGB, I never said that a miller claim=confirmed town. To me it makes no immediate difference regarding alignment. I don't "trust millers with my money" but neither do I trust anyone else in this game with it.

So get on with actually relevant scumhunting instead of going off on tangential policy lynches.
korts could possibly be a third scum but I'm not sure.

====

roflcopter says quite early that miller is not a likely role in this game. He's also the one to restart the ABR conversation. He looks good to me.

Yeah, I wrote I WAS thinking that elvis was in the driver's seat. In the fact of painfully contrary evidence, I have changed my mind...

I don't understand why Korts unvoted vollkan. I think he had a high chance to be scum and then we'd know who all his buddies are because he was being "heavily bussed".

I don't like the charter fake hammer, and the vollkan "messed up tags" hammer. Both seem like "ooh I wannawanna hammer tehscum" without the vote turning up in a vote count.

Can you explain this in detail? It's all so intriguing.

Ah, nice OMGUS. Do you have any reason to assume that any voteless role is in play? I don't; a quick scan of the vote counts shows to me that everyone's votes have showed up.

And even if, for some reason, one of the votes didn't count, why not hammer after it's clear that it didn't?

What's there to explain? It's pretty much already in the original quote. charter's post-hammer vote is just that, a clear-cut attempt at pushing the wagon to overkill; and vollkan's vote I don't like because, unless his keyboard layout is radically different than the one I have come to know over the years, I don't see any likely scenario in which he tries to close a bold tag with a quotation mark.

Hmm. I don't really understand. Since it was stated in the first vote count that it was 7 to lynch, someone seems to be a double-voter.

CarnCarn would only have been the seventh vote, thus being the hammer-vote. Why would he be in my "scum triangle"?

Also, I'm not making a link between you and vollkan, I'm saying that both of your votes seemed strange--with vollkan's also being scummy.

We interrupt this Mafia game for breaking news. DrippingGoofball has just announced, in a press conference, that she will continue to demand that claimed millers be killed, no matter when they claim.
