My read on DGB and tubby, based on their actions today, is that they are scum from different groups.

If there's only one scum in the two, however, tubby's most recent posting has convinced me that it's him.

Yeah, no result means that you have hit a role that somehow makes a person immune to actions. This could be a coward or ascetic. This could also be as a result of him being shielded by someone. Basically, there are still too many possibilities that could explain a no result here, but I have eliminated one role he could be assuming tubby is telling the truth.

I would suggest that you don't, because it would stymie player interactions and we'll lose information. Look at the situations, and use your judgment.
