Yeah this was why I thought he was planning on claiming, he said he was going to spill the beans but then didn't really reveal anything.

I think the theory argument about claiming miller L-1 is sidetracking, but I don't find either of DrippingGoofball or farside22 scummy for it.

I also find Korts' shift in view of vollkan to be odd, and his attacks on people (e.g., EK) for asking for a claim from vollkan seem undeserved. Wasn't he at L-1 and the most suspicious player to boot?

IIRC, Korts was the first person to push the case, and it was right out of the opening posts on D1. That makes vollkan and Korts more likely to be mutually exclusive as scum, to me, because that's not something I would expect scum to do. However, either one could still be scum.
