This is more of a bad setup idea, but:

2 cult recruiters on the same faction, but don't know of each other's existence. If they try to recruit each other or another cult member, the recruit attempt fails (since they are already recruited).

Actually, the breaking strategy would be for no one to lynch or kill anybody until every anti town faction is turned into a survivor. This would be a really fun fakeclaim for a cult recruiter if the town were dumb enough to go along with it.
