Cybele, Tar, and Skitzer have done nothing particularly scummy in my eyes so far. Same with Armlx, except for the fact that I don't really like the Cybele wagon.
Now, in my defense, you're being a bit of a hypocrite in the sense that a third of your vote revolves around what is essentially active lurking, while you haven't added many meaningful posts either. Also, my vote on Skitzer was random.

Anyway, I don't see how my comments were scummy. I didn't see anything scummy from Stef besides a potential connection to tajo.
@CKD, I saw tajo's attempted deflection of the Stef wagon as scummy, again, because of a potential connection.

I fail to see how I was deflecting attention from Stef. Also, I don't see how this is terrible logic, since tajo was the one buddying up to Stef.

Okay. On day one, when I have no confirmed roles to go on, I see anyone buddying up a potentially scummy. Tajo was deflecting suspicion from Stef, so I saw that as scum working together. Since tajo was the the one actively deflecting suspicion from Stef, if he was town, then the case would lose some force behind it.
My definition of buddying is any act of scum working together during the day. This includes deflecting suspicion and distancing.

The fact that I could be deflecting suspicion from Stef had not even occurred to me at the time, especially since the Stef wagon did not have as much steam at that point.

I only considered tajo's defense of Stef a scumtell because it was weak and because he had no other reason to defend Stef. All of the things you listed are potential scumtells if they are accompanied by other scummy behavior. Except, where did you see the tar buddying with you comment? I don't recall that one.

Okay, I think that we're getting back into an argument about the definition of "cleared". I said on day one that I said that "cleared", to me, meant "not scummy." And, again, Empking, I was in no way trying to prove his innocence. I explained my thought process to CKD in post 340. Also, no one knew that Stef was scum on the first day, so you can't hold that against me.

In response to Sierra's request:
At the moment, CKD and Empking are the only two I find particularly scummy. CKD because he puts together a case that, to me, like tunnel vision from a slapped-together case from yesterday. Plus, many other people are following him like puppies, so I'd like to go on record saying that even if CKD is not scum, there's probably at least one scum on my wagon right now.
Empking, because of pretty much all of the idiocy that everyone has been talking about until this point. But, like TSPN said, I don't know whether that makes him scum or just careless/stupid.
I'd also like to point out the bottom of Sierra's post 396. He talks about how Empking and EA are likely to be my scumbuddies because of their "defense" against me (which looks like pretty much a mirroring of CKD's case against me), but dismisses the idea that CKD is distancing from me as "coincidence". What makes EA and Empking any more suspicious in this regard than CKD?

Sekinj was the only one I found vaguely interesting in the fact that all she did was attack the player that eventually lead to the lynch.
Half of Elektra's posts were agreeing with what Ooba was saying at the time, while adding very little thought, though this alone is not enough to make me think that their is a connection.
I got absolutely nothing from GhostWriter.
So, I'll wait and see what happens for now.

I am not the SK.
At first, the idea of having the SK claim seem tempting. But, a few things first:
1. Llama: You said that the SK becomes pro-town if you target him. Is this exactly what it says in your Role PM? Does he become a vanilla townie or does he keep his NK?
2. If he does not keep his NK, then I kind of like Jebus's idea of the SK acting as a vig. If he keeps his NK, he should probably go ahead and claim so we can ensure that he doesn't "change his mind" later.
3. Whether he keeps his NK or not, there's one thing bugging me. If he does claim, the Mafia could easily kill him tonight to prevent us from earning another player. If the SK claims, then a Doc (if there is one), should protect him tonight, but not claim.
