I didn't say I 100% believed Puta Puta's plan, BUT, I felt, that the optimal play at that time was to believe Puta Puta's plan for the time being, provided Puta Puta agreed to my request (of claiming investigation everyday) because it was easy to confirm it. Lynching a claimed cop on D1 is never a good play by town.

You have to confirm/deny it because, if you aren't a cop, then you cannot claim investigation results everyday, which makes it impossible to confirm you. And, there really isn't any reason for a vanilla townie to claim cop; however, there is plenty of reason for scum to do so. There is a chance to expose the real cop, in case he decides to counter claim (which, incidentally isn't a good cop play in a large game on D1)

Under normal circumstances, I'd agree, but Puta Puta was a troll who joined games specifically to fuck with them. It's entirely possible that he didn't even read his role PM, and even if he did, I doubt his choice of claim had any particular connection to it.

I will have more to say soon. I know we've got a deadline approaching, and my activity so far has been pretty terrible. Going to start working on a reread right now.

Alright, answer my question: WHAT ARE YOUR QUESTIONS, CKD? IF you want them answered that badly, you should be able to rewrite them for me. Though I may unintentionally answer them in the following post.

First of all, Claus's case.

Yeah, I do remember that case. I just wanted it again because I didn't feel like digging it out. Plus, it allows me to see the case in retrospect to everything that has happened so far.

- Your reason for jumping in the DerHammer wagon is scummy - you voted him because you though his play was "bad play".

I'll get to this in a moment. I want to cover the below part first.

- Your behavior from page 1-3 is also scummy. You jumped in an early bandwagon - which isn't bad at all - but then you got touchy when someone called you on it. And then when pressioned by BM, you backtracked and unvoted.

I will admit, my activity has been lacking. This game got behind me, which is one reason I wouldn't mind getting lynched. However, there are still scum to find and I want to help find them.

If you think lynching you is a bad idea, you can help it by telling my your general impressions on other players - something other than "so and so is a lurker, let's lynch him".

Alright, then. Now is the time I post my case on Der Hammer and explain my reasons for voting him, now and then.

Back when I voted him, he had just made a miller claim and had voted for himself. When I said 'bad play', I actually meant scummy play. If he was really a miller, why would he self-vote? Town never should self-vote. I felt this was scummy enough to warrant my vote.

I have a question, though. If we're talking about unwarranted votes, there have been quite a few thrown in my direction. Der Hammer is one of these votes. There are some others:

Hoopla - Why do you want me to claim so badly?

Der Hammer - Do you have more reasons than the deadline to vote me?

Nat - Why are you voting me? Your post voting for me complains about post length and that's all.

I find these people scummy for not posting reasons for why they're voting for me.

Obviously everyone is going to be busy between today and tomorrow because of new years, but I will make a final reflection post on the day in case I am lynched. This should come in the next few days.

We're 7 days away from deadline - if you look at the amount of 'prodded, I'll post later', 'catching up now' type posts, and the amount of general inactivity in the game I think trying to organise a lynch prior to the last minute is valid. We're also at a stage of D1 where new, pressing cases are unlikely to surface, and if one does I want to have time to readjust.

I don't want the town to get into a situation where there is 2 days until deadline, our chosen lynch then claims something useful, and then we have to scramble to lynch someone else. This throws the lynch back towards random and gives scum a far easier chance to orchestrate a mislynch.

I know I haven't made a case on you - but I think you're the next best lynch after Sir T, whose wagon seems to have died. These thoughts stem from others' cases and we need people like me to agree with some of them if a lynch is to be made. I think Claus' 870 has decent points on you, and reading through your isolation posts and then again in contrast with the game I can see you being scum.

Excellent time for you to tell me why I am a good lynch. Since I don't see any of your post saying why. I am actually surprised I am your prime suspect. You never mentioned it before. The only thing you have said about me at all in this game is: "I agree with OGML" -- and then in the same post said you were happy with OGML lynch too. (followed by vote on Sensfan)

And, yeah, this is something that really ticks me off. If you think someone is scum,

vote for them

and try to convince others to do so too. Keeping quiet and just saying "I think X is scum, but I am not voting for him because the wagon died" without trying to push that wagon when we are an entire week away from deadline is just pathetic. OGML is at least sticking to his guns and still insisting that I am scum (although not doing a terribly good job of it; perhaps due to the holidays), but what are you doing? Apart from following other people?

And, note, that a considerable amount of OGML's accusations against me were based on the premise that I was "setting up a Seraphim lynch". You agreed with that. Why the hell are you voting for Seraphim now then? And, note that you are doing that while maintaining that he is not your number one suspect, and you are voting him only due to the deadline. Can you please decide who you are going to pretend is scummy or not before accusing and being consistent at that?
