Serious question to those who have played with me: when do I get to be considered no longer a newbie? Is it measured in time, games, annoyance level?-

The vote just seems weird, I don't understand a strong enough read either way to scumread/townread the Madman slot enough to either vote or defend it based on what has happened. In post 88, Elements wrote:

because I feel like your vote was opportunistic, due to the ease in which I feel a vote on Madman could be explained away due to them having a non standard belief, that I don't think is necessarily scum indicative. In post 83, Elements wrote:why did you vote me?

If you find my unvote suspicious, why don't you pressure me, rather than just throw shade? In post 111, DrNickRiviera wrote:

Notice how I really didn't mention anything around the reasoning of you unvoting, just that scum will be worried about how they look when called out for a vote that maybe didn't have solid reasoning. In post 115, Thomith wrote:

You don't strike me as the type to vote annoyed but to be fair I guess you didn't actually do itIn post 106, Dannflor wrote: I almost voted Rational out of annoyance too
I don’t think Elements’ vote is particularly scummy
I think the justification for the skill level elements has is mismatched to the vote feeling not good faith. Particularly didn't like the later backpedal to say they didn't actually scumread the slot when people pushed back against the reasoning-

The thing is, knowing myself, I’ll feel like a newbie forever. And I’ll always feel extra defensive. Which is not super great for playing this game lolIn post 119, Hu Tao wrote:

rereading the game I don't think I townread dann as much as I initially did (and kayjayqueue as well but that one is less of a drop)
might drop a reads list if i feel spicy but I'm enjoying being a passive observer for now-

also i thought I might bring up this post as a fairly good point in the favor that rational is town that may be getting lost in the sauceIn post 44, RationalMadman wrote:
By the way this response, the tone of it and way it's said is extremely Towny. If I die NP2, trust this user to the end of the game. It's the laziness in the grammar too, everything about it screams honest Town reaction to what was read (the user skimread and ignored me saying I think we don't need the pressure DP1).In post 37, Dannflor wrote: so i dont understand why you aren’t voting somewhere Rational
(i also dont think its fair to characterize their play as just "i want nolim for mechs" when its clear by bits like this theyre at least trying to engage with reads, even if i don't currently agree with their reasoning)-
