It doesn't matter, an investigave procrastinating role can only be attempted and get a no result pm only if the number of scum is unknown.
It literally says the procrastinating role doesn't function at all if it is known how many scum there are and they are all still alive.

Because I looked up every claimed role and modifier as they were being claimed, and "Procrastination" is very recent in my web history. My Role + Engineer gift puts me in a niche situation where I can confirm certain roles and modifiers when I get targeted, which is why I want Yess to target me.

Ok reading the last like 8 pages makes me immediately think Yessiree is scum and that Kitty is town.
Will confirm Me + Vander + Yes are neighbors.
I guess bullet points.
1) Recent Yessiree posts regarding gamethrowing do not look like town responses since it is very understandable regardless why this push is happening and makes sense based on claim alone
2) Despite the fact that I think it's insane that procrastinating town roles in the wiki actually are featured (making mod outguesses harder and they are terrible for game health imo) if we treat the wiki as precedent and follow its language then it's implicit and intuitive that a setup with a known number scum in it would prevent the procrastinating role from actioning when the number of scum alive exceeds its restriction. Therefore, Roden's point is moot, and the fact Yessiree claims he actioned N1 is suspect.
3) There isn't anyone in names being thrown around that I'd vote over Yessiree, and that includes Roden.
