It occurred to me that I'm not totally clear on whether Titus' FN message would go through if she targeted miller/scum, or if she would just die.
Everyone except MariaR has posted and nobody's claimed the message, and we've already established that HPE was the likely target.
If the message fails along with Titus dying, that's sus for HPE because it's supposed to be demillerized and in that case the message is supposed to work.
If it does go through and no one is claiming to have received it, then what happened to it?

go through, but only if the target appears not to be aligned with the town, which is the opposite of how I thought it worked. So you claiming not to have received the message means that either you're actually innocent and were demillerized or that you just understand the mech better than I do.
