Once per day, you must target a player, and a secondary target. You will have to submit two lists(for each target) that will go into effect if you do not select enough targets.
If you and that player are still alive at the end of the day, you will commute with them into a neighborhood for that night. You will be both protected from outside influences similar to commuters(but not from each other).
The player you chose will be killed and kill a target of their choice(this can be yourself) unless you use a special action. If they do not select a target, they will target your secondary target.
You may, at any time of that night(until the end), prevent this by doing one - and only one - of these special actions:
/Kill
to kill the player you chose and yourself
/Protect
to kill yourself but save the player you chose.
These special actions are instant effect(normal roleblocking doesn't work even if it gets around immunity), but the deaths will not be revealed in thread until the end of the night(the You Are Dead messages are, however, distributed early, and dead chat access is given when appropiate).
These actions are not made compulsive.
The kills cannot be prevented by any other means.

Daylight Cult Small Magnet

On Day or Night 3, and every four Day/Night cycles after Day/Night 3(7, 11,15...), you may target a player to convert them into the Daylight Cult at the end of the Day(if targeting at Day) or the end of the Night(if targeting at Night). This card looks like another card with the Cult or Daylight Cult alignment(roll randomly amongst them) until picked.
If it is chosen for role, then the role will not be determined until the cards have been discarded, at that point, the player chooses a publicly discarded role.

2. The player has been already killed(without posting privileges)
3.The player cannot answer the question truthfully because they don't know the answer
4. The thread is locked for the next day.
5. The next day is skipped.

On Day or Night 3, and every four Day/Night cycles after Day/Night 3(7, 11,15...), you may target a player to convert them into the Daylight Cult at the end of the Day(if targeting at Day) or the end of the Night(if targeting at Night). If the target is part of a non-town faction with more than one living member, is being targeted by a kill or the performer is being targeted with a kill, the action fails. If the target is not part of the town and not part of a non-town faction with more than one living member the target dies. If the target is a Mason or revealed Innocent Child the action fails.
As soon as this action is picked by one member, it will no longer be reversible.

This action also fails if it does not hit the intended target.
Your faction prevents unnatural changes in the Day/Night cycles (e.g. Nightskip, changes of day number...) as long as at least one member of it is alive.
On Day or Night 2, and every second Day/Night cycle after Day/Night 2, you may target a player to attempt to kill them. These kills are instantly resolved, and can only be prevented by something already present(

submitted regularly, these are only resolved at the end of the night) at the time the kill was submitted.

Whenever you get an invention or device, you will know what it claims to do, what it is supposed to do but also what it really does.
If you get an invention or device that does not do what it claims to do or that does not do what it is supposed to do, you may, at night, choose to do one of the following two actions, or both:
1. Return to sender - give the item back.
2. File a complaint - The next day, the moderator will announce the name of the last owner, and tell everyone that they have distributed a faulty device(or invention, if it was an invention)

I think the Daylight Cult description in Post 0 still needs to be updated.
Posts 930, 931 and 932 could cause the moderating difficulty of the game to skyrocket, especially if all three are in play.
If I'd volunteer to run this deck I would definitely ban(instant re-roll no matter what) those three because that's way too much moderating headache.
