Re: Fire I don’t think I feel safe eliminating him just because of claim weirdness and I’m not sure that’ll meaningfully change if he fails to bodyguard a third time. Just want to get that out there. Maybe I’ll be interested in eliminating him for other reasons though

One thought I've held off on for a bit but I guess I'll volunteer now is about scum's positioning today.

Assume Dunn is town. FMPOV that means scumteam is Fire + Titus + Nurse. Fire and Titus have chosen to align themselves really visibly today, which seems like a very risky play to me, because if one of them flips scum the other one immediately comes into question. FB's standing at the start of the day was also pretty poor; it's not like scum think they can immediately openwolf / strongarm a win today because they'll struggle to get the votes to eliminate me or Dunn.

So... (still assuming Dunn is town) what is scum doing today? One option might be that they've decided to bus Random Nurse and kill off Norwee tonight; that tentatively sets up Titus+Firebringer vs me+Dunn, with Hu Tao as kingmaker, which to me seems like a setup with decent odds for scum in this scenario. I'm fully aware I'm getting wayyyy into irresponsible speculation territory but if that's the plan Titus might even have TMIed it a little bit in 2624.

It's also possible that they're just doing some WIFOM play which I also don't hate as an idea.
