I just realized that Jayne Cobb, who just died, was the one to figure out the riddle. Which means he couldn't have gotten it wrong! Was he killed for leaking the answer? I seriously doubt it, so I find myself rather curious just what
has
happened.

According to my notes, he's wolframnhart. He's leaving Mafiascum, so it was probably what could be termed a 'preemptive modkill', I suppose.

It appears that I'm present to counter attacks.
That means that the bad guys shouldn't attack me or Josephine :D. The others should prepare themselves ;).

Would anyone be opposed to be posting one of the threads? I have one complete, and am working on the other (which is almost finished).

I bet wraiths have some ignore defense ability or some hard to hit defensiveness.

Because the power amounts is quite broken.
I lost the game.

So, does everybody think we should just gang up on the archer?

I don't think ganging up on the archer is a good idea. She's bound to split her attacks up, so defend with about half, and assault the Nightmares and Shadows with the rest and all the powers you have. You have the forcefield ability to protect anyone who gets wounded, and the Teleport ability to keep the Archer out of commission.

The reason I worry about keeping the wraiths and skeletons alive is that there is a relatively small number of them and they have average energy at best, so chances are they have very powerful abilities. chenhsi's guesses just may be on the mark.

Yeah, I mean wraiths are spirits. I don't really see how you fight a ghost.

Trust me, if we can deal 100 or 150 damage to the archer, then I can pretty much guarantee that we will have her gone next turn. Although I think putting some to defense is a good idea.

Wasn't it said that that more energy in total is better?
I would say, take those ghosts out first. That will mean a loss of 150 energy for the opponent. Leaving 3 enemies.
Take down the weakest first to reduce the amount (from 6 different attacks to only 3) of attacks. And then seperate in different groups to attack the 2 nightmares and the Archer.

I'd prefer taking out the archer first, since I'm a bit selfish and she's the only one that can really hurt me.
As well, the 250 energy really freaks me out, if she's almost assured of taking one of us out a turn unless we can freeze her like we did the queen before.

Hey guys in the archer, I can double everyones attacks once during the rumble if I spend 20 Energy, I don't want to do that right away unless its nessecary.

Yes, but... we don't know what the wraiths have. For all we know, they could have something like that meta armor or a dodge ability. I'm suggesting Wizardcat and maybe others of us 'bait' them with attacks of 1 to reveal these and concentrate our fire on the archer. Oh, and if we can deal 150 to the archer, then I can pretty much guarantee she'll die.

Oh, and Kloud, could you pm me the quicktopic again? I had it, but forgot to bookmark.... *headdesk*

crywolf has a great power, shouldn't you use it? ani can attack for like 100 without endangering himself, even better if he gets defended. With a bit of help, you can easily do 80 damage more. Crywolf doubles, and one problem is gone. James tau could attack one ghost for 40, and that would likely be a ghost less to worry about, even before the battle begins.
Surrender, imagine and of course wear something nice.

Might be because Kloud hasn't given out the quicktopic yet, but that can't be helped. Anyway, as long as we can get the archer to 83 energy, I can guarantee with 100% certainty that the archer will be dead next turn. Although, lets try to get the archer to 100 first.
Oh! And I'm gonna check something so don't use that power until I know. Kloud, I think you know what I'm gonna ask so just say yes or no.
