..except this. So that answers charter's question.Stef wrote:I would go on a limb and say Charter+Ani+GnK could be scumteam I have no real basis to my statement as it isn't really serious anyway. But it would be fun
I don't see an ani/charter team at all.
But I do think ani is scum.vote:animorpherv1. He is active lurking and has not contributed anything to this game at all.
Maybe he'll respond to pressure?-

That was a joke OP as it can be understood from "I have no real basis to my statement as it isn't really serious anyway. But it would be fun".
Was that irony i sensed?Charter wrote: Holy crap. Good catch OP. There could be room in animorph+GK for stef yet.
Because he's not actively unhelpful. He's actively ignoring questions and cases made against him and just randomly posting gibberish. I don't any town would to this and i don't think we have a jester in this game, thus my vote.Charter wrote: why him (actively unhelpful) over GK (actively scummy)? The Mini-Theme: Lie to Me Mafia is accepting replacements. Ok, long weekend over, finals wrapping up.
Still not liking OP that much. Mainly because not bothering to make an analysis even as you hammer is scummy. It's not like Town wouldn't question you about it the next day. Admittedly, taking the time to find Stef's comment about a scumteam was an unexpected contribution; a good pro-Town action (should note though that it only took 5 minutes, perhaps eager to please). If more of that comes, it'd go a long way towards clearing up your earlier mess.
Animorph promising to post more needs to be seen to be believed. I'd not give him any outs and see what kind of contribution he'd like to bring.-

I also don't think OP finding that quote of Stef was much of a Pro-town action, since it was clearly ignoring the tone of the statement. I think he was just desperate to turn a little of the attention away from himself, so he used the same tactic that was used against him recently, except he did it poorly.---

Not true, but me claiming right now would not help, so I won't, I cannot say anything for GnK, but I'm not scum.charter wrote:Holy crap. Good catch OP. There could be room in animorph+GK for stef yet.
Everyone voting animorph, why him (actively unhelpful) over GK (actively scummy)? I mean, I think they're partners, but GK has just been much scummier than animorph in my opinion."Animorpherv1's posts are so powerful that prolonged exposure may cause vertigo, nausea, acute tinnitus, and in rare cases, death." - vonflare

Seriously? Another post without answering the OP question?
unvote, vote: Ani
That being said, I still think Tony deserves attention. Saying that you're going to be away for the next few days does nothing to excuse the lack of activity recently. Also, OP has been very odd since the attention turned towards him, and his future actions are going to be measured carefully. Finally, Charter, man, I just don't know anymore. Saying OP did a good job finding that quote? I can't tell if he's being ironic or if he's making the same mistake of ignoring the non-serious nature of the statement. I also don't like that he's letting OP off the hook just because something similar happened to him in another game.---

When I asked you about OP's posts, this is what you gave as a response:
So, that's what I meant about letting him off the hook. You say it wasn't a scum tell to you. But now you say:charter wrote:I'm definately not impressed by them, and he did literally the exact same thing in another game I was in with him, so it isn't really a scum tell to me, and certainly not enough to put him over you or even animorph.
It's fine that you think I'm a better lynch right now. I'd think you, Tony, and OP all seem scummy, but my vote is Ani for the reasons I've given before. But now my question is, why suddenly say OP has been scummy? You said before that his posts weren't a scum tell, so what about his behavior did seem scummy?charter wrote:GK, theres more than OP did the same in another game. It's that you've been horribly scummy, and horribly tied to animorph, who's also been horribly scummy. OP has just been scummy.---

Sorry for the absence all, I shouldn't be disappearing again like that again unless I'm on my deathbed. I thank you all for your patience.
Wall-E, I was not turned into a marmoset. I had some insane deadlines I had to meet. But I did manage to come down with a nasty cold if that makes you feel better.
Tony's V/LA has been noted.-

Sorry I haven't posted much the last day or two. I'm attempting a reread through the last page or two, and will have some comments.
This line kind of rubs me the wrong way.GnKoichi wrote:However, since this line of thinking leads to one more person who thinks OP is scum, I support it.
Neither KMD nor GnK should have made such a big deal over what they did make a big deal over, but here we are. Implications GnK later explains, were that he supports conjecture that leads to more people beieving OP is scum. Not exactly what I first got out of this (thought it was more specific to KMD), but whatever. This will teach me not to post for a page again, because I just spent twenty minutes analyzing next to nothing. Joyjoyjoyjoyjoy.
Animorpherv is being typical of himself; lurking, posting to add a supporting voice to someone's suspicions or comment on such, without any substance whatsoever. I'm tempted to vote him despite my suspicions of OP and others. Good grief, makesomeeffort to showsomeoriginal thinking or some backed up stance, because as it is you're either lurker scum or a townie who detracts from scumhunting and doesn't add to it at all.
Stef votes Ani; fine. OP does something uncharictaristically useful, or at least posts something rather relevent, and finds earlier conjecture on Stef's part regarding a possible scumteams including Ani. Joking, though, it appears; at least mostly.
Ani makes another useless post to the effect of 'actually, I'm not scum.'
ANI: CONTRIBUE. TELL US WHO YOU THINK MAY BE SCUM ANDWHY. PLEASEWARRANT YOUR POSITION. Sorry for the caps, but so many sources of scumminess, such uselessness from Ani . . . ugh. Ani - don't beat around the bush. Tell us, say, what you think of OP and why. I believe this has been asked of you already.
G-d, Day 1 is taking a long time.-

I still think some people let GK (and Wall-E, for that matter) off the hook too easily, but you know what, fine. At this point I pretty much agree with Stef's last post and I don't think we're really getting that much more out of D1. (Also Ani's #669 is a transparently weak attempt at contributing without sayinganything.)
unvote; vote: animorpherv
And if you're not convinced of GK / Wall-E, somebodyat leastvig Tony.-
