Maybe I stated myself incorrectly. The tube extends from floor to ceiling. Seeing it has been confused with a vial.....

Ok. I think the key would be the best option. Since it most likely goes to the door, inspecting the door first seems like a waste of time. And the tube just seems too suspicious for some reason...

I think we need all three to get the right answer to get out of the room for some reason. Maybe the door will tell us something. Maybe the key isn't for the door. maybe the vile is used for something.

It doesn't say how thick the tube is nor how high the ceiling is. Also, there is a lot of blood in the human body, did you know? It's being pumped into the tube, I'm thinking. Maybe sacrifices to keep the blood flowing so that the keys can be accessible later on will be needed. =^_^=
