Calling it out is kinda self conscious and I feel checking is scummy because scum need to know if their predecessor claimed anything/etc and town doesn't. It's kind of a famous tell

Edit: coincidentally, if you've played with me in the past, scum me usually just ignores whatever my slot said beforehand because I interact with my team in the scum pt to get a summary instead. Literally had to fight tooth and nail to fight people when I replaced a known scum lurker. Dunno if Creature or Gamma are still around but those games were stressful.
