Its just that mechanically speaking, the claim you made is too ambiguous, its not a hard guilty, its a pair check and this is easiest way for an arson to setup 2 mislims back to back to get themselves a win.

In my eyes, Pirates are being greedy and just only thinking of getting one arson so they can leave. If we lose to a furt/enchant team or something like that. I'm going to be upset

If we get KT wrong:
Targeting Aisa clears Aisa and myself if town and reveals scum in {Aisa, myself} and {Kokichi/Furtive} if the pirates leave. Downside to this, if Aisa is town, we need to guess between Kokichi/Furtive or lose.
Targeting furtive clears Kokichi and myself if furtive is scum (I can't be the same alignment as furtive and furtive can't be the same alignment as KT, therefore I must be the same alignment as KT in this scenario), but we get no more checks. We then need to solve between Aisa/Gimli/Enchant. Downside is the lack of checks; we could afford to get one wrong before we lose.
Targeting furtive clears furtive and myself if furtive is town. We would need to sort Aisa/Gimli/Enchant, but in this scenario we have an extra pirate check.

we already targeted murashu and either we win by ending all scums today/tomorrow or there is a guaranteed/almost guaranteed scum we will target sometime soon.
my plan of action has nothing to do with pirates. its about town.
and that's why I think we have to target furtive if KT is town and aisa if kt is scum (of if furtive is elimed, replace KT there)

Very strictly speaking the ideal check tonight changes depending on who is scum - like obviously the best check is the one that hits scum. If Koki is town then in some sense the ideal check is outside of the trio (*waves*), if Koki is scum it is definitely better to check inside the trio.
Wait, that's a silly wait of thinking about it - actually if we don't hit scum inside the trio then pirates checking inside the trio guarantees us finding a scum by tomorrow. That makes sense.
