Scum mostly gets power to counter town PRs if they are known generally.

Setups designed to be not have high power when all roles claim (For example, if Cop and Doctor in the game, it WILL be impossible for Doctor to protect Cop every night if he claims. Additionally, mafia can have roleblockers. But it's really really basic).

This game can have anything so don't expect this rule.

the warning about not massclaiming wasn’t referring to day one specifically simply that town should not do so

and i believe it said it was a comment from the reviewer not the moderator for town to be warned of this

so it seemed like,

maybe some sort of mechanical thing
