Reads are fluid: a slot's replacement being less town can undo all prior towncred. Especially on players I don't know the meta of.

beeboy's decision not to read a game of such short length and lack of content even after replacing in is suspect.
My Junko/Jada read has been the one most in flux the entire game, because I think different things at different times.
