Cruciare's excuse for not posting his reasons comes after I repeat the question again a second time. Thus, for not posting the excuse, especially a non-game related one, the first time I asked, I take his excuse with a bigger grain of salt. Plus, going back to Cruciare's post, he admits that his vote on scattered was bad, which suggests that he may have had difficulty finding an excuse to my accusation.Vi wrote:Explain this.
Speaking of Cruciare,Prod Cruciare.
Depending on an objekt is like depending on an unknown.Vi wrote:That depends on this objekt, doesn't it?
There's only been one event so far, and that resulted in 2 deaths.forbiddan wrote:I'm not using meta, I'm using the fact that EVERY EVENT SO FAR HAS PUSHED THE DEADLINE BACK!
How would we go about doing this?RossWilliams wrote:I feel like in a total unknown situation like this the best array of people is a total mix - pro-town, anti-town, power role, boring role......Does nobody else agree that an ultimate mixture is the safest and best play?-

Two events. The original opening of the temporal gate and the explosion.
There's only been one event so far, and that resulted in 2 deaths."Never have I seen anybody glorify their own lynch."

I misread then. My guesses are all off! *cries*. I thought we had a super short deadline that got extended during the temporal vortex."Never have I seen anybody glorify their own lynch."

There would have been no definite way to achieve that totally, unless you had a known power role and a known townie, and pro-town versus anti-town could be guessed at if not determined....in sum, though, it's an ideal, not entirely realistic, and it's not happening, we're going a different route, so theres no point focusing on could-haves and maybes-

Innuendo aside, the lack of a stated reason to go with it is noted. (Yes, I can infer that you just wanted to get things going, but...)
It IS depending on an unknown. But discussion is awesome, regardless of what sparks it. And we're about to find out what that discussion will entail, since you're going on a one-way trip to the bold unknown as soon as the mod gets in.Netlava 204 wrote:Depending on an objekt is like depending on an unknown.Everything you say and do matters. Sorry, I'm really busy with exams now, and will be even busier in the coming weeks. I may have to ask to be replaced if I find that I become too busy.Netlava wrote:

Netlava, to be fair (on me), neither of your 'questions' were actually questions, and I didn't really feel a need to defend myself against your initial suspicion (which was like, one word). The second time, you directed multiple statements at me against several of my posts, so I assumed that you wanted me to defend myself then. And I said that my not immediately giving reasons was bad, but there was nothing wrong with the vote itself.-

Yeah, that's true. I thought I worded it in question form, but I guess I didn't.
Meh, at this rate, it looks like it's no lynch for today. Hopefully, I get some nifty killing powers to make up for the lack of bloodshed in this game. Probably target forbiddan or Cruciare at this point.
Um, I don't know. Results = unknown. I'm assuming scum don't know what happens either. So reactions will be pretty useless since town and scum would react the same way.Vi wrote:Is it random?
That means that your accusation on me is invalid now, correct?forbiddan wrote:I misread then. My guesses are all off! *cries*. I thought we had a super short deadline that got extended during the temporal vortex.
Why do you want to touch the objekt?forbiddan wrote:You all could say forget Netlava and vote me to touch ^-^.
How scummy do you think MafiaSSk is? Is he your top suspect at this point?melikefood wrote:Vote: Mafia SSK
You deemed putting hands on the objekt "Too risky".
Killing people kan get us information and with the time travel, we kould bring bak people who we didn't want dead.
Dying is A-Ok, wanting to live is skummy.-

...aaaaaaaaaaaand it appears I was wrong about the touching happening before the deadline, unless Grandfather Time is getting lethargic in his old age.
Which brings me to the same point I've been harping on for a while now: No Lynch. Yes or no?Everything you say and do matters. People will respond in ways you may never see. May those responses be what you intend.-

Earlier in the game, I said yes. I still say yes, since no lynch only postpones the inevitable. Since kills seem to be activated using the device, nks won't reveal any info either until someone activates the device (correct me if I'm wrong). Touching things won't either.
A no lynch here and pretty soon, we'll be in lylo without having conducted a single lynch.-

Not quite. You still seemed to be rushing us to a lynch that made no sense. I'm almost with Vi about a no lynch.
That means that your accusation on me is invalid now, correct?
I'm an attention whore and feel there are very good benefits to touching the object along or with three others. I explained this earlier.
Why do you want to touch the objekt?
I think it would be moronic to no lynch every day. I think it wise to try to get more information though.

What does "almost" with Vi mean? Not quite. You still seemed to be rushing us to a lynch that made no sense. I'm almost with Vi about a no lynch.

Sorry, *ATTEMPTING* to rush us to a lynch. Mine. For weak reasons at that.

I think that lynching you has more benefit than no lynching at this point in time. This might be revised.
That doesn't answer the question.
hence the word attempting, since you were all "We need to vote somewhere!" and started pushing me.
You aren't anywhere near a lynch."Never have I seen anybody glorify their own lynch."

If we're going to lynch today, some bandwagoning needs to start happening, soon. I'm not unhappy with my vote, although SSK could use a prod <_<
So if you want us to lynch, 'might as well make clear who you want to have strung up. Are you comfortable with your vote, Netlava?

It was still an exhortation of the vacuum of votes to try to get someone lynched.
That =/= rushing us to a lynch."Never have I seen anybody glorify their own lynch."

Speaking of prods,Prod PEG.
I'm comfortable with my vote, but I still need to iron out my reads. A large portion of the town is the hard to get a read on type.Vi wrote:If we're going to lynch today, some bandwagoning needs to start happening, soon. I'm not unhappy with my vote, although SSK could use a prod <_<

Which is the correct thing to do when faced with a deadline and a vacuum of votes.forbiddan wrote:It was still an exhortation of the vacuum of votes to try to get someone lynched.
