Since the Mod is out, if Jebus is scum and scum are allowed to daytalk, can we get Jebus's scumbuddies to prod Jebus please?[/semi-joke]KMD is the coolest dude who ever lost a bet to me - vonflare-

Not sure. Someone told me they can't in newbie games. I don't know how other games work though.Vi wrote:

Yes and no, actually. I was for a while, but then I realized reading comprehension was failing me (again) and you never stated they could.
That same reading comprehension failure is why I was continuing this, because I took your bolding to mean you were highlighting "if Jebus was scum" instead.

Scum can't daytalk. Period.
(barring weird setup, but I've never seen it).
It's hard not to call you a guy with the male symbol under your name.
M_K seems to be playing the game.Kmd4390 wrote: STD, what, aside from experience, seperates Jebus and Mic in your mind?

I think I agree more with the spirit of what you're saying; MicK said some dumb things that could be attributed easily to newbness, but it doesn't necessarily make him scum.
So out of curiosity, what kinds of mistakes WOULD you expect a more experienced player to make?

... Yeah. ThatKmd4390 wrote:Well, if Nat is really a mason, having the other mason claim can give us confidence in that. If Nat is scum fake claiming mason, we either get a situation where no one claims it, or we force one of Nat's buddies to fakeclaim. That would be a great situation because as soon as Nat or Vi were to die and flip non mason scum, the other is auto scum. I doubt that's the situation we have here, but it's possible, and would be a good thing.
You're right in assuming I was against Vi's claim though. The above is a stretch, but I wanted to entertain possibilities where outing a mason would be a good thing.wouldbe a good thing!
Well, I think Masons are essentially confirmed town... if Nat or Vi flips Mafia and the other flips town, this would be the first time I've seen Scum Mason with a Townie...Kmd4390 wrote:To Two:I don't know about that. If I were scum, I wouldn't mind having the distraction of unconfirmed masons around, especially if both ARE town.

Vi: The point is he's clearing you indiscriminately without actual evidence, which is the anti-town activity...
I refuse to do said anti-town activity, and I chastised Natirasha for doing it.
But in all honesty, if I got more of a response from N, I'd talk more about him. It does not mean I'm ignoring him and focusing only on you, just that you're on my radar (and also have a chance to excuse yourself).
The other questions will have to wait...-

BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD ASSUMPTION. I can link if it's allowed (It's on another site). The first game I played in had masons where one was scum and the other was town. If I wasn't a complete newb at the time, I probably would have pushed to lynch the scum mason. It was mentioned that they were unconfirmed. I said something like "so one of you could still be scum?" The scum mason said something like "yes, but I have no reason to suspect my mason buddy." I was still a complete newb in my first game, so I was being too careful in saying something like "not saying you are, but doesn't that mean you could be scum too?" That was pretty much shrugged off coming from a newb, and guess what. Everyone was pretty surprised when he flipped scum mason. I don't usually trust unconfirmed masons. Or lovers even, but that's another story that STD could tell you about if you want to know it. Anyone want to tell me if I'm allowed to link the game with unconfirmed masons though?Microphone_Kirby wrote:

Hard to call it similar then, isn't it?Microphone_Kirby wrote:

Damn lovers in family guy mafia!
Yeah, you are allowed to post a link to another game. If it's not ongoing, it's fair game. If it's ongoing, it's not really a good idea to share.
M_K: I'd like to point out that I asked them about this and they said they did not know each other's alignment. It doesn't mean they are scum, but it doesn't mean they're cleared.-

Speaking as the primary person involved, I'm already convinced of the possibility of Natirasha being KirbyScum as well as the possibility of being scum in spite of my claim (well, I'm not convinced of the second part, but I can see how you could be). I can also tell M_K that nowhere in the Role PM does it literally say that I am a Mason (although I would agree that Mason implies confirmed); just that we can pass notes, a similar function.
Deadline is when? Jebus is where?-

The first link shows where the scum mason claimed mason if anyone wants to read from that point. Everyone let him live to endgame.
The second link shows the role PMs from the game. You'll notice Sonny Corleone, mason, and mafia. It specifically says the following: "You are a member of the mafia AND a mason with Lucy:
If anyone reads this game, remember that it was my first game and I'm not going to claim to have played well. Actually, I did a good job of scumhunting, just not convincing anyone.KMD is the coolest dude who ever lost a bet to me - vonflare-
