I think I agree more with the spirit of what you're saying; MicK said some dumb things that could be attributed easily to newbness, but it doesn't necessarily make him scum.

Well, if Nat is really a mason, having the other mason claim can give us confidence in that. If Nat is scum fake claiming mason, we either get a situation where no one claims it, or we force one of Nat's buddies to fakeclaim. That would be a great situation because as soon as Nat or Vi were to die and flip non mason scum, the other is auto scum. I doubt that's the situation we have here, but it's possible, and would be a good thing.

You're right in assuming I was against Vi's claim though. The above is a stretch, but I wanted to entertain possibilities where outing a mason would be a good thing.

BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD ASSUMPTION. I can link if it's allowed (It's on another site). The first game I played in had masons where one was scum and the other was town. If I wasn't a complete newb at the time, I probably would have pushed to lynch the scum mason. It was mentioned that they were unconfirmed. I said something like "so one of you could still be scum?" The scum mason said something like "yes, but I have no reason to suspect my mason buddy." I was still a complete newb in my first game, so I was being too careful in saying something like "not saying you are, but doesn't that mean you could be scum too?" That was pretty much shrugged off coming from a newb, and guess what. Everyone was pretty surprised when he flipped scum mason. I don't usually trust unconfirmed masons. Or lovers even, but that's another story that STD could tell you about if you want to know it. Anyone want to tell me if I'm allowed to link the game with unconfirmed masons though?

Speaking as the primary person involved, I'm already convinced of the possibility of Natirasha being KirbyScum as well as the possibility of being scum in spite of my claim (well, I'm not convinced of the second part, but I can see how you could be). I can also tell M_K that nowhere in the Role PM does it literally say that I am a Mason (although I would agree that Mason implies confirmed); just that we can pass notes, a similar function.

I think "Mason", the title, should imply "confirmed". "Neighbor" is better for unconfirmeds, or in this case just "friends".
