Scattered's claim bothers me as well due to the Time Dilation rules.....it doesn't seem logical. But I also feel like if he made up the role he might have said someone about lynching would cause a self-destruction too.....he still left himself a way to be killed

I idn't know thinking hard was a scumtell. I read Vi's post with all the different timelines and instantly thought holy s*** I don't get this game. But upon rereading it and actually thinking a bit it made sense and I could actually contribute. This is a scum tell.

And the first post was just me speculating out loud....the fact that the time dilation rules didn't seem to fit properly made it look like it was a made up claim, but on the flip slide, if your going to make up a claim that dissuades night actions against you, you might as well make it dissuade against lynches against you as well. Just my two cents at the time. Obviously my speculation is answered now.

I respectfully disagree with you here. There was no reason for him to do it at that time, as really he wasn't crazy close to a lynch. Sure some people disliked his claim, but some people dislike nearly every claim... it's part of the claiming process. I would've rather he atleast waited to make a better informed decision rather then a reckless "IN YOUR FACE I TOLD YOU I WAS TOWN" move which doesn't benefit us at all at the juncture we're at.

A) How will the Objekt be split up?:

Option A: Between 4 players
Option B: Between 2 players
Option C: 1 player
Option D: Destroy the Objekt

Note: The fewer players touching the objekt, the greater the rewards, and the greater the risk.
Option D will be no gain no loss for the town.


THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 17, AT WHICH POINT THE TOWN MUST DECIDE:

I still think that a single toucher of the object will get the best thing. I think two might be a bad thing, and four might be a weak but good thing. So, I'm down with one or four.

Four would be more interesting IMO; many more possibilities. (Parallel timeline, party of four, for example.)

Gut and how I'd mod things. I'd know for a fact that the town would never agree to let one person touch it unless they were insane. Put something almost broken under that option. Town would want to hedge bets and not risk 4 people in one go. So, give something nice but not nearly as nice for the 4 people touching. Finally, 2 people touching is most likely to be settled upon, and thusly should hurt. Granted though, I'm trying to outguess the mod. I just know how

See Mind Screw II for details. But, the short of it is I had a role in Mind Screw II where I was modkilled in my first post. Except I wasn't really dead. I had a few PRs, could post through the mod, could vote and FoS either in thread through the mod or secretly, and could one shot day vig someone. I helped town a lot day 2, and completely erased that advantage in the following days by misuing my vig kill among other things.
