Got a little side-tracked yesterday evening, so I apologize--will now post something of value.
Opinions of the game thus far:
Despite Fleur being new, I cannot help but get an off feeling about her. My scumdar has been fluctuating ever since her initial responses to interrogations made by Hazard and almost everyone else. Of course, I will not rule out the fact that her earlier stated opinions could simply be newbie misconceptions, but I am also not going to just simply disregard her actions because inexperience either. To me, the outright defense of a player this early in the game would be suspicious no matter who expressed the thought, for we have no inclination yet as to alignments. Her reasoning for defending Spyre was comprised of:

which, as others have already pointed out, is utterly irrelevant and nonobjective. Each facet of her reasoning in this early portion was comprised of personal opinion void of solid reasoning (as we really don't have anything to base a solid case off of at this point), which arouses two conflicting trains of thought on the matter to me; either she is indeed simply a newbie trying to figure out the game mechanics and did not realize her actions were coming off as scummy, or she is indeed scum that has been caught due to an early profound slip. Reason for both have left me contemplating this, and I am at an utter loss at the moment.

Gorrand, I have actually applied to one of the newbie's game; however, this one has started first and so i'm here.on the other hand, i heard about the game from an obsessed friend so i know SOMETHING.
i thought about my role and what i think spy rex character is, and i thought we should be on one side in terms of the game. however, i was thinking of a completely different character than you guys, so i'm confused as everybody.

I think I am confused with what i said, and it makes sense to me. This is what I though:
1. From Spyrex rhymes I thought I know his character in grimm tales, and reckoned it was a good character, yes pro-town, and I should defend him

why should i defend him? just because people were saying he shouldn't be trusted so early at this stage- so i thought i would make him stay
3. after reading your assumptions of what his character is, i lost my trace and stopped acting enthusiastic about it

1) Intentionally lurking is not pro-town, as we need all of the conversation we can make in order to get information. Trying to jump out from under the microscope at this point by simply avoiding further questions and lurking will not help your case, and the mere idea just rubs me the wrong way.
2) So you defended him just because others said he couldn't be trusted. I think many players also said that no one at this point could be trusted, so why defend Spyre?
3) Yes, you have the greatest amount of votes, but we only have five pages of content thus far. If you are town, then giving up/being quiet just because people are voting for you will not prove to be beneficial for much the same reasons given in 1.
