Quick mech lesson for those who are woefully unaware: the neighorizer pt gets made in pregame and the neighborizer has access and can post in it from the start.

You can check mini normal: lemon demon for comfirmation of this where the neighborizer actually also used it on d1 for notes

Do we know how many special Town roles there are, or is it all randomised, just with at least one vanilla Townie?

All that is publicly known is there is at least 1 VT. Nothing else about the setup is known unless listed in the public setup information.

The setup is pre-designed and not randomised - meaning someone reviewed it for balance.
