I don't think so, several people have implied the same feelings on the matter; the times are not a clear indication of scum or town and it would be a mistake to cast a vote for that reason alone. The subsequent reactions and dialog is what's been intriguing to read; just as if some one buckled under a pile of WIFOM or was shoveling a load of OMGUS. I spent all weekend, way to much time re-reading, and it seems clear today's lynch would come down to BM/CW or Charter/Cephrir. I am not changing my vote, I think BM/CW is the right lynch.

I don't think the times are much of a tell, however Walt's points about BM's contrived daytalk are spot on. What with his constant refusal to read the game, actually explain his absurd suspicion of Crazy, and post daytalk, along with the unconvincing paraphrase he eventually suplied us with, I consider him about as confirmed scum as charter if not moreso. I was willing to give it a rest in the beginning becuase of him being BM an' all, but this is just too much. CWR makes them look even worse. The only margin of error requires them both to be lazy and assinine to such an incredible amount, I believe it's extremely slim.

I was hoping that lynching charter first will give them the time to try to defend themselves properly, but I guess they've basically said all they're going to and with their DT being so flawed I don't much care. As for charter, there's always tomorrow.

(They're also obviously gonna be today's lynch regardless of what I do, so no harm speeding up things a bit).

And then there are things those vile murderous couples talk about.

So, there came a time when Battle Mage was asked to tell the folk he shared this town with what he and his lover talked about all the time.

"Oh, you know," he explained, "How the day went, what we're going to eat for din-"
He was interrupted.
"Eat?! You mean eat US?! WEREWOLF!" cried a townie, pointing an accusatory finger.
"Um. No."
"Oh. Go on then," the townie said, calming down.

There was no way of reading too far into that. BM was pounced on by a ravenous mob who tried to pull him in each and every direction, some wishing to throw him off the cliff heartbroken Alabaska J jumped from, others wanting to see if that vortex that sucked TS and Adel in could take another victim. None settled with another, so BM's body was torn apart, limbs going flying in all directions.

The idea is that the mod decided to add the town daytalks AFTER the scum daytalks, and thus created them later.

However, this falls apart completely when you realize the timestamp for the post where the mod announces he will give everyone daytalk threads is half an hour before the first time recorded for the mod's opening of a daytalk thread.
